Comfy cafe where char-grilled Greek eats from an open kitchen pair with house cocktails.

Top place. They fitted in me and my partner at short notice and made a real effort to be accommodating. The taramasalata was like being back in Corfu and the lamb fell off the bone with a tap of my fork - I will dream about this dinner when I’m hungry and out of town. London has a good amount of excellent Greek food and this place is up there with the best of them. I’ll be back and soon.

This restaurant has an abundance of charm. From outside you wouldn't even be able to tell this amazing restraunt is there. Inside is small, there aren't many tables so make sure you book to avoid disappointment. The mezze is excellent value and means you get to try everything that is on the menu. The food keeps on coming, I have never been so full up.Everything is very tasty and fresh.I would recommend to anyone who appreciates Greek food to visit this hidden gem.

Truly excellent food and all the staff were super accomodating and great fun! Highly recommend!

It’s hidden away, so don’t get confused when you don’t see a sign. But once you step through the doors you’re welcomed with a warm greeting by one of the family members, made to feel as if you’re one of them. The ambience is comforting which matches perfectly with the food - hearty, delicious and you can tell it’s made with love.Definitely go for one of the best seller “From the Oven” main courses - either the slow burnt pork or kleftiko.

This is a super, family run restaurant.and is a "go to" restaurant for my family and has been for over 21 years. It's not fancy, but the food is delicious and plentiful. I can assure that if you like a good Greek meze you will not be disappointed or hungry afterwards. All of our family reunions in town require a booking for a night here. The kleftiko is the best you'll ever have!Sorry to say we were too busy tucking in to take photographs, maybe next time......

Finally made it here, I'd been told of this hidden gem in Maida Vale for years and we were invited to join a group of 25 for an evening out and what a meal it turned out to be. Unassuming store front which once you enter you're assailed with the smell of food cooking over charcoal, plated of grilled cheese and Greek salads being shocked by. Through a narrow seating area into what can only be described as Greek beach chic with large tables of satisfied diners. Sorry it's taken this long to go here, won't be too long before we go back.

Honestly. This place is the best restaurant in London. George looks after everyone and the vibe is brilliant. Food is awesome. Can’t wait to be back ❤️❤️

·

Surely one of my favourite places in town with absolutely fantastic service. George will treat you like a friend and you would feel really welcomed. When you enter through very unassuming doors on one of the side streets of west London, it would be like you walked through a portal straight onto some of the Greek islands. Atmosphere is really wonderful. Food...well it's a Greek cuisine so what's not to like. It's all well made and delicious. Proper Greek restaurant and a place I always happily go back to. My strong recommendation for both food and atmosphere.

It’s a family run restaurant which is always good. Good food, but nothing special. Portions was decent. Service friendly but a little too friendly. My £3.5 sparkling water bottle was picked up half full. Maybe I was expecting more for 4.6 stars rating after reading all amazing 5 stars reviews and me being raised with Mediterranean food.
