Comfortable, warm, good service and great food. I was glad that the Ivy around the corner was too busy for a walk-in on the day!

The place was busy, sat waiting for an hour, waiting for an hour for starters which, when they turned up, looked nothing like what we had ordered. When we asked what it was we were getting, the waitress could not tell us what was being put in front if us.There was also confusion about what was available as a main, as one moment there were items available, then told they were not, followed by a discussion between staff about whether fish cakes were on or off...We just left and went somewhere else with better customer engagement and quicker service.

Loved the whole experience. Highly recommend. Our electric Stirling Eco bikes got lots of attention outside too!

Amazing service, so cordial and professional thanks to Arpad and Manuel. Really pleased by the whole experience, including food and atmosphere. Highly recommend.

Food was nice and not too expensive. The restaurant itself was clean and the decor very nice, in keeping with the surroundings of Covent Garden. The staff were generally very friendly; however, the manager was very rude and said we only had an hour to eat as we didn't have a booking. It wasn't busy at all so I can only assume he couldn't be bothered to have too many covers.Would have been 5 stars if not for the uptight manager.

A beautiful atmosphere but sadly the food was not comparable. The taste was pretty bland. If you are looking for a place for a drink then you are in the right place.

Just had the pre-theatre menu. Really tasty food, relaxed atmosphere and excellent service. Food choice for vegans and meat eaters. Will definitely come again. Highly recommended.

The food was really tasty. Absolutely nothing against that. But sadly, we waited about 35 min to have the mains. Then my meal was missing a side. I asked for some water, that was never brought to us.Desserts for my children were mixed up (as one had a candle on for Birthday, but it was the wrong one). The side I ordered was eventually brought to me about 15 min later and I was not charged for it. But it also meant, my main was much colder in a meantime. The staff is truly very nice and all have always a smile on their faces. It's just the whole food experience, wait and mixed up orders, which kind of ruined it for me.The location is fab and inside looks really nice. One other thing is, I had Pina Colada and there was absolutely no taste of alcohol. There was a lump of something in my glass, which I presume was something coconuty and not disolved. It tasted at best as coconut juice. For £11 a glass, it was not worth it. Sorry guys, but I've never had a solid lump of something in my Pina Colada. Weird.

Great ale, decent food, incredible location and one of the nicest staffs. Only if the food arrived a bit quicker (mid-week dinner when it wasn't crowded), I'd have given 5 stars. Could tell that most of the patrons were a mix of tourists and non-work crowd which is always a good sign. Would definitely visit again for the friendly staff.

This restaurant is in a lovely location in Covent Garden and the terrace is ideal for a sunny day. The food was good but the service lacked a bit of character.
