Wagamama is one of my favourite chain restaurants and we always goes here for a family treat. We found this one close to Liverpool Street station after having a lovely family day out in London. I absolutely love the food here and so does me husband and my daughter; all three of us being fully satisfied in one restaurant is a big compliment! My absolute favourite dish that I always have when I eat in any Wagamamas is the Firecracker dish with prawns. Saucy and spicy with sticky rice, mangetout, red peppers, spring onions and chillis. I also have on the side the Japanese Pickles. They have an incredible, tasty menu and are very up front about ingredients and allergens. You can swap out rice or noodles for something of your choice. We have been before to one in Norwich with someone who has severe allergies to particular ingredients. The server came down with a chart and found out what was in what dishes and even asked the chefs to find out what they could and couldn't have according to their needs; we were shown such patience and understanding. Very quickly we found a dish that was sutiable and the person enjoyed it throughly. They have a fab kids menu on which is activities to entertain the children while waiting. They places are always clean, bright, and although communal seating you can still eat relatively privately. Water can be provided for the table if asked, there is an extensive drinks menu and complimentary green tea. Facilities are accessible to all in all restaurants and there is also baby change. I will always recommend this place to anyone who likes eastern food.

Great food very tasty! I had the chicken only pad thai. Was alot spicer than normal, Which meant inwas having tons of water as the is the dish i always opt for. However one of my regular go to's don't forget that the green tea is unlimited!

Nice food and great wait staff. They’re very friendly. The food was exactly what you need on a cold day. I got the chilli ramen and added beef. Very tasty!

Ramen with soft noodles... Very far from aldente. Really good juices and calamari

·

Extensive menu, reasonably priced. I ordered the duck donburi with a tea egg. Donburi was very tasty. Tea egg was not as I expected. Tea egg appeared only half-dipped in soy sauce without any of the cracked shell pattern. Everyone else was pleased with their dishes. We were a very large group, and they were very accommodating and patient in how we provided payment.

Very busy restaurant but service is always good. I go there regularly and food consistently taste nice. Highly recommend miso Cod ramen and teriyaki lamb from the new menu (sorry don’t have photo of it to attach). Highly recommended place.

Excellent service at this branch. Food reliable and decent value in general, but on this visit I had the lamb teriyaki (photo), which was ok, but there are better options. They have sorted the gluten free menu, no longer do you need to do some research in a file and have the server go seek someone senior. Why only four stars? The noise level is made worse by their insistent use of loudspeakers, very irritating ‘music ‘ which keeps me from going more often.

Good food, a bit expensive. The main problem is they have terrible acoustics - it is almost impossible to hear anything.

Despite it being packed, we were seating quickly and food came in reasonable time. All in all, I will be returning back.
