The restaurant was quiet, and decide to sit near the bar and got told someone would be with me in 1 minute and 10mins later no one. Some others came in and got their orders taken before me and one of the waiter even looked at me and ignored me to take one of their friends order and had a little chat. The whole time I fell like I did something wrong.Have been to Wagamama before and had a better experience. Management need to look into this.

The place for all the hearty feel good dishes you will surely crave at some point or another

The service was really bad and we ordered Ramen dishes where the broth was like warm and had not taste. The server made us feel unwanted and was not very helpful. We all had train schedules to rake di didnt have time to complain or wait for another dish.So dissapointed they need to go to Richmond to see how to treat paying customers. As I was treating my friends I was very embarrassed by the whole experience. Will never go back to this location.

It was excellent service, warm welcome by manager, we had our toddler, as he asked if we need high chair. All staff are doing great so serve all customers. Well recommend restaurant in Oxford street.Washrooms we’re kept very clean and tidy. Wheelchair access is bit difficult. It’s fine if top section of restaurant is open.

A haven for vegetarian and vegan choices. It's a struggle to decide what to eat as the options look equally tempting. On this particular occasion, the staff were short due to covid related issues but worked seamlessly to make for an enjoyable meal. Kudos to your hard working employees. Definitely deserved the tip.

I’ve had enough of this branch that can never do right.I’ve been to this branch 4 times and every single time something has been wrong!Once they got the order completely wrong.Another time about 2 months ago they sat us down, took out our order, then a table sat down next to us after 5 mins, and that table got their entire food before we did. We were dealt with 3 different people, the second had come to ask us to pay BEFORE we even got our food. Now, the last time 2 days ago, the food was as mixed between lukewarm and under cooked, the glasses were dirty and not polished (I just wish I took a picture to upload) the white wine came not even cold! Now, that I’m going through my receipts, I’ve seen that they have charged us for an extra meal that we didn’t order. I wonder the waitress came to give us a xtra food that we were confused about. You can check your cctv to see this for yourself wagamama. Poor, lol xtremely bad service every single time without fail.

1 star ⭐️ lost for terrible music in the store!1 star ⭐️ lost for being expensive. The staff are so lovely here ! They really carry the whole restaurant. They have so much to manage because the place is so busy all of the time.My ramen was very enjoyable. It was not extremely excellent, but it was satisfactory. It cost £10.25, the cheapest ramen option available.

The place is decorated as all other restaurants of the chain. Service is fast, kind and attentive. One star goes to them! The food is as usual: fresh, well assorted, tasty and nice to look (a plus). The price is average, which for the quantity and quality is a bargain.Highly recommended!!

Freshly made, very tasty food and even in Central London, still very reasonably priced. Wagamama is my favourite restaurant, there just aren't enough of them, so I only get chance to go when I'm visiting a city. Highly recommend you try it! Even my picky 12 year old loved it!

Lovely vibe, great staff and fun experience in with friends. We didn't book a table only 5 of us.
