WC - Wine & Charcuterie in City of London

Service was very slow and not really very attentive. We waited quite long for our cocktails, food had already arrived. We didn't realize service charge was added, we wouldn't have paid it in full.. The food portions are quite small for the price. The place had a nice ambience but upon closer inspection the wall tiles were covered with dirt, I'd hate to think they never cleaned them especially knowing this place was a WC in its prior life.. can't imagine this is a food safe environment. The wine list was great though and the cheese selection was not bad just super tiny portions.

This place is Clapham best kept secret. The vibe is beyond amazing. Cocktails are incredible. You can tell a lot of time and effort went into crafting the menu. Holly gave us exceptional serve. Highly recommend

Great place with delicious cocktails and wine. The pictures do not do the justice to the atmosphere! The staff was very professional, knowledgable and friendly. I had a great time with my friends. I only wished we could stay longer but our table was booked and we had to leave. If it wasn't for this, we would have probably still be there sipping on sour flower cocktails 😀

My experience at WC was satisfactory. No one greeted us at the door, and so we were ignored for around 5 minutes or so as we waited for someone to seat us. Looking past this, we ordered a meat selection board which turned out to be your typical supermarket selection pack of cold meat, very disappointing. We did however have a Camembert afterward which was good. Drinks were very good too. With better service and better charcuterie boards this place has huge potential, however I won’t be returning.

What a fabulous place! Great intimate atmosphere, fab food and excellent live entertainment.

Went with a friend, service was absolutely impeccable, they do everything with such ease, it's just flawless!!! The wine we had (Sicilian Syrah) was very well priced and beautiful. Will definitely recommend and return again!

We only had drinks but the place was lovely, very romantic and thee staff were great. I would definitely recommend for a date night.

We went for some cocktails, wine and a cheese board. Great selection of cheese and the team were great at recommending wine for us to try based on our tastes. Only downside is that it gets a little warm down in the restaurant and it wasn't even that hot outside so can only imagine it gets warmer in the summer months! Despite that everything was great.

Great place, fantastic vibe and thoughtful menu. I definitely recommend for a laid back date night. The theme also adds to the charm, they’ve definitely put an unused WC to good use!!!!

Had the most amazing time.I loved the venue and ambiance (candle lit), staff were incredible.Had some great wine, a cheese charcuterie board and some smaller dishes shared between three of us.Hope to come again very soon!Great for any occasion, would be perfect for a romantic date.
