Breakfast was good. You are supposed to order with the app, which we did and it wasn't until nothing had arrived after 20 minutes, did we realise the app wasn't working. A notice would have been good. At 1100 in the morning there were drunk people all around too, so not a pleasant atmosphere.

Table service, vegan breakfast, pleasant staff and it’s cheap! What more could you want? Also it’s right in the station so you can watch the 🚂 s coming and going and be right on time for yours.

Breakfast had been kept warm, egg was like a piece of rubber. Had something in the bottom of my glass of beer. Did get a fresh beer but not a Breakfast.

I never expected to see a Wetherspoons here ,It was a very nice place with great service and great food in a great place, Will definitely be going back

Can’t believe this place doesn’t allow dogs even outside it’s ridiculous! I was in London visiting friends on Sunday and took my dog based on London in generally is pretty dog friendly the whole of Victoria station allows dogs the tube allows dogs but not an outside seating area of weatherspoons !! It’s put me off the brand in general.

Service nice and quick Menu is limited but the food would have been good if it wasn't cold because the restaurant was BALTIC. We had to eat in our coats and it was still cold. Doors were permanently open on the coldest day in the year and the red wine was chilly. Left asap to find somewhere warmer. SHUT THAT DOOR! Felt as if we were being deliberately frozen to maximise through traffic. Very very uncomfortable

The staff need to be trained more thoroughly imo. Just the basics such as saying please and thank you were missing on my visit a few days ago. And walking around with miserable faces is not good in this industry either. Quite sad really that this is what we observed on our visit. Definitely not going back there again. We would rather pay more for our food and drinks somewhere else and receive the standard of service we feel we deserve. The staff need to realize that without the customers spending their hard earned cash in there, they wouldn't have a job.

Had all day brunch. Absolute rubbish. Everything seemed like it had been sitting around for a while and then warmed up to serve to us. I had haggis as an extra and I am glad I did because it was the only thing with any taste. Will not be returning there even if starving

So sad that this is not what Wetherspoons is about normally. If it is so hard to get good staff please close this outlet as it really was enough to put you off ever going again. It was not busy but the service was rubbish and so was the vegetarian breakfast. It came with no eggs and no butter for the toast. By the time the waitress came back with the missing eggs, after eating a few cold beans and checking the rest it was all cold, I wanted my money back. The hash brown was so hard you could not cut it! Worst ever.Might be ok for a late drink but not much else!

Great that it opens late, food until 11pm. Somewhere warm to sit before getting the overnight coach back to Leeds. The food was delicious and the staff were very friendly.
