Below ground bar/restaurant in the heart of the insurance world. Great warm and cosy hideaway in winter, but gloomy on a lovely summer’s day.Friendly staff, good wine and beers. The bar menu is a little limited but nevertheless decent.Often very busy at lunchtimes - arrive before 1pm to get a seat!

We visited Willys Wine Bar for dinner with wine. Overall the experience was really good based on a combination of well prepared meals and friendly service. We ate some hors d'oeuvres and then plowed in to the Monday steak special. I recommend this place if you want to have a fun time and enjoy good wine

Excellent food, best we had in our 3.5 week journey around the UK. Bit expensive, but great wines and nice ambiance and service. Definitely will go there whenever I'm in London.

Nice bar with dinning area... amazed with the service to fill your glass of drink for the first time.... nice etticates highly impressed with that.... is well organised... from outside it looks very small but inside it is bigger than I expect...we enjoyed a lot there with drink, food and light music.

I can't recommend Willy's Wine Bar enough - particularly if you are looking to arrange a corporate event! - I have hosted two events here and the team are fantastic, flexible and professional - my executives love it. It's also a great place for a casual drink, wine is magnificent, food is great, cosy calm atmosphere!

I love this bar. Been here for a corporate Champagne breakfast as well as for lunch numerous times. Delicious honey mustard sausages, the baked camembert is great and there is a very good wine selection.

Down in the basement off Fenchurch street with a good selection of wines and some nice beers. The service is good but the place lacks atmosphere cos it's always quiet even on a Friday night. If it was filled with people this would be a great little place to tell people about.
