Wok to Walk - Cranbourn St in City of London

We have been a regular customer for some time now and it's always been spot on and delicious. Yesterday however something has gone wrong. We ordered 2 dishes. One noodles with vegetables and bamboo shoots and the other Pad Thai with no chillies. The noodles came with bamboo shoots and no vegetables and the Pad Thai came with chillies. When I asked the cook about the vegetables he couldn't hear me so I slightly raised my voice and asked again where were the vegetables. The lady behind the counter stepped in and told me to relax and that the vegetables were inside mixed in, even though we've gone through half of the box and there was no sign of them. Poor service and what's most important- unfortunately- food quality going down.

I was in a rush, so I needed to eat something while walking to the meeting. Well, wok to walk is perfect for that. Friendly stuff, quick service and taste as I expected. Really nice! Simple, quick, affordable. Definitely one of my go to choices for a quick lunch.

Great food. The quantity was enough! The flavours weee awesome. We ordered the udon noodles, rice and the plain noodles… with a mix of teriyaki and schezuan …. Chicken and beef… you can mix and match the flavours there!! Totally worth the amount and I would say one of my favourite places at the moment!!! Tootally would recommend!!! ♥️

Tasty food with a lot of variety. A little pricey compared to other fast food places for the amount you get. But still very filling and I’d say it’s probably healthier than most other fast food places (I’m no nutritionist though). Pretty consistent across different branches, would recommend!

Very easy to go, easy to order, easy to eat kind of a place. Just pick the noodles you love, toppings you like, and the sauce to taste and you are good to go. Better for takeaway. The service was fast and the food was delicious.

Been about since I was in high school now they ventured over 5 countries that should speak for itself!Wok BoxNow this box very authentic in taste, even in the way it’s made you won’t find inconsistencies with this place as the sauces are logistics made meaning they don’t use ingredients other than approved by @woktowalk to make sure you get that consistent flavour like In Amsterdam. The egg noodles were fresh and it too thick which was perfect for me 🙌🏾. The mixed veg wow once tossed in the wok it’s given this flamed flavours indescribable , the bean shoots and the carrots it all gets a chargrilled taste and with the crunch it’s perfect with the noodles! The chicken had a distinctive taste I’m guessing in house marinated or something was really nice and halal!. Exceptional customer service , with really good high quality food. Definitely my go to place after a night out, Zee and Shahad and AJ were really welcoming and provided us with a great costumer experi nce, definitely i will come back , the food was delicious !

The food was fine but the staff are so rude! There wasn’t even a tone of friendliness and they were almost stone faced making it an unpleasant experience for us. The food was fine and nothing much to comment on the taste. Wouldn’t recommend this place
