Wrap It Up! World Gourmet Wraps in City of London

The Caribbean Roti is very good, it's the only thing I've tried on the menu but it keeps me coming back.Edit: They have changed the recipe for the Caribbean roti and it isn't as good anymore so I've had to change my review from 4 stars to 3 stars.

Food is pretty decent but they need to stop changing the recipes around, if it ain't broke don't fix it.Portion sizes have definitely gotten smaller used to be very generous now small portions even if you order a large

Food is good. However the service just remains poor. The lack of Customer acknowledgment was absurd. No eye contact by the young lady, mumbled all the way through the order. Quickly asked if that was all, granted I'd said yes, but more or less straight away I asked if there was a meal deal but I was basically told tough luck because she had put the order through although I hadn't tapped my card yet. I'm guessing up selling isn't a priority as having worked in fast food we would always have to ask would you like a drink or repeat order back etc. Really fast food, terrible service. I wouldn't go back.

Liar, Liar, Pants on FireOrdered from this restaurant online via Seamless Web Corporate account at 20:30. Delivery was between 60-75 minutes. After over 75 minutes I called the restaurant as my order had not arrived. The manager? said that the driver "has just left with your order it will be with you soon... sorry". Fair enough, I thought... Only problem is that 2.5 hours later (after 11pm now), my food has still not arrived. That's £19.90 worth of food unaccounted for. Not impressed, Wrap It Up! SHAME ON YOU.

Just dreadful... The atmosphere is awful, portions was tiny (although I specifically ordered a large wrap!), food was flavourless and just lukewarm. And on top of this this cost me £7!! Please avoid.You'll just be disappointed... Everyone I know who's tried this place gave it a shot once and never returned for the same reasons. I thought I give it a shot anyway this one time and sadly same result. Just don't waste your money

Customer service is ridiculously atrocious. The woman serving could not understand or speak English and rushed through my wrap without asking what I would like as salad or extras. I don’t eat tomatoes and she was muttering under her breath when I asked her to remove them then muttered under her breath again when I asked for cucumber !! The wrap was ok but it was cold and had bones in...if I could give less than a star I would. I will never eat here again.

Genuinely the worst place I've ever eaten, I wish I could give 0*; going out for actual food now not stuff found in a bin

Just had the large chicken burrito. The chicken was cold and the wrap fell apart almost immediately. Lack of filling, was mostly just rice. I've had better wraps at McDonald's. Try somewhere else.

Had the American smokey with beef burrito. Amazing to taste. They don't skimp on the beef. Portion size was great too.

Wrap It Up is excellent if you're looking for a quick bite to eat - the portion sizes are fairly large and it's really cheap. Choices are limited but as long as you're ok with a well-sized burrito with your typical fair (including guacamole, which they surprisingly don't charge you extra for, unlike Tortilla.)
