The classic old style London pub. It’s a bit chaotic when it gets busy, and the outside area really is just ‘drinking on the pavement’ but that’s great. It’s a very decent London pub - unpretentious, simple, good range of wines and beers and not (too) horribly over priced (but it is the west end of London so you will feel like you have been robbed as you pay for your round). But great place to meet with lots of good restaurants near by if you are moving on afterwards.

Shocking behaviour by the manager of this once good pub last night. He misheard our order of Camden Pale as Camden Helles and made us pay for the 4 pints he incorrectly poured. Despite having witnesses to counter his claim he refused to listen to reason and at over £6 a pint he did quite well out of it.

We ate in the restaurant upstairs recently which was a very unique Thai restaurant. We weren’t sure what to expect but we’re really impressed with the service & excellent food. We will be definitely be returning.

Nice pub it’s a pity I could not say the same about the manager. We called in for a drink Thursday evening after having dinner in the WolseyThe young staff were very nice but the manager was the rudest person I have ever seen in the hospitality industry, rude to my friends girlfriend abused the staff in front of customers, took our drinks off our table less than 10 minutes of being served, disgusting behaviour for a manager 02/09/2021 was the date we visited

A very interesting place! A bit random combination or a typical British pub and a Thai restaurant - but somehow it works very well! The ground floor is a typical pub, but the first floor has a completely different look and vibe. The staff of the Thai restaurant is very friendly and their food is fantastic! One of the best Thai curries I've ever had! Highly recommend if you're looking for an authentic Thai restaurant in this part of London. Also reasonably priced!
