Outrageously long wait for a poke bowl - 20 minutes!I ordered a tuna poke bowl. They said it would take a few minutes to make. It took 20 minutes - and that was after I complained. They seemed to fill an entire Deliveroo sushi order before me. So, I stood there waiting patiently until the 15 minute mark. And then I said something. Finally, the manager himself put on a pair of plastic gloves to make it. They offered "extra sauce as an apology".

Terrible quality, it is by far the worst sushi I ever had, and I mean IT IS REALLY BAD. I went on tk order from deliveroo ad they had good reviewa, to my disappointment this butchered brown thing they call tuna sashimi came in a squashed box, it lacked any flavour and tasted off. The way it is cut is just horrific and it is an major insult to the Japanese cusine.

I ordered the tofu and vegetable curry. I could have gotten a better curry sauce in a chippy. The vegetables felt random, a bit of chopped cucumber, a few tomatoes, some sweet omlette, three spinach leaves. You can't call that a curry.... The tofu was fine. Left half because it was pretty disgusting. Wouldn't go again.

The food and variety are good. Soups are premade and only the broth is added at the end, which works well but takes the nice noodle texture away. Sushis and other dishes are also good. In general, I like whatever I order. Nevertheless, I mostly go because or is open on Sundays.

Such a disappointing experience. I saw that this was rated 4.6 stars on Deliveroo and went with it. I wish I had looked here first, because the food that we got was basically inedible. The salmon in the maki tasted old, and the avocado maki had been made so long ago that the visible parts of the avocado were blackened. The chicken in the chicken teriyaki noodles tasted so off that we just threw it out. The noodles themselves were no great loss, as they tasted entirely flavorless except for an aftertaste of burnt teriyaki sauce. I mean, come on.

Since January 2020 the service and the promotions have changed, they don’t offer you a free miso soup with any sushi box, whereas now there is a specific box you can get with the free miso soup (delux box ) but if not that box then you have to pay £1.95 for it .Promotions after 9:30 have been removed , they used to offer you half price for sushi however now they don’t . I am very disappointed as a regular costumer who has been going there for the past 5 or more years and now I will not be going here anymore as they have changed many things .

Ordered 2 mains, only one of them arrived, the other one was tepid. When I called the branch they were beyond rude and even hung up on me. When I called back it was the same story and the manager hung up on me again. Ended up going to get food as clearly my order was not going to arrive. Customer service offered me a voucher, as if I was going to order again after that experience! I've asked for a refund but never received it. So paid for 2 dinners but received only 1 and a horrible experience. 1 star is still too much for this branch and customer service.

I have bought takeaway food from here several times. The staff are serious, they don't smile and they aren't friendly. The shop is popular and often sells out of sushi. The hot food has been okay, nothing to get excited about. I think the sushi is particularly low quality. Today, the rice was overcooked, like eating cold porridge with no definition between the grains. The fish tastes of nothing, bland. For what you get, it's overpriced.

Chicken Katsu Curry all day every day. The best you'll find in London.I've tried plenty! YouMeSushi has the best portion of vegetables, chicken, rice and curry for an excellent price. Consistent great customer service...and that's just 1 item. I do recommend to try everything on the menu.

I've always liked sushi but when I tried You Me Sushi I truly understood how great it can be. They have all the right seasoning to make it perfect. I was there with my girl, she also liked it and we'll be going again soon!
