Zizzi-Bow Street in City of London

Lovely meal from start to finish. We had a lovely man called Cistian serving us who was new but very professional. The food was delicious! We had the garlic bread with cheese which was superb, the mains of spaghetti bolognase and pizza was so good and the chocolate dessert was melt in the mouth. Highly recommend!

Usual Zizzi, easy one if you have kids. Not happy when server insisted the optional 10% service charge was compulsory. Manager finally agreed to make an "exception" for us. Very SNEAKY...... me thinks staff are taking the P.......

An average experience, but okay for a quick, albeit pricey, bite to eat.Food was quick after ordering, but almost felt too quick in a way. Pizza was tasty with a crisp edge, and the carbonara creamy, though lacked any typical chorizo flavour despite having small chunks in. Pudding tasted good, but was most definitely overpriced (£6.25) for the piddly portion provided.Service was okay to begin with when it was quiet, but it quickly became clear as the restaurant filled that they were short staffed - the two young servers were rushed off their feet through no fault of their own, which meant after the main we were ignored for well over half an hour, despite attempts to catch their attention. The whole basement section of the restaurant was full and far too much for the young servers on their own, who deserved more support than it seemed they were given.

The food was lovely sadly they forgot about us so waited far too long, others that ordered after us were served long before we were. On a good note when it did arrive it was tasty. They did reimburse us for the mistake. Had it not been for that it would have been 5 stars.

We visited on Thursday dinner time. They Are extremely busy staff asked for 15min waiting. But the staff as very friendly. I think will be better to make reservations for dinner. And we ordered pizza and pasta!! 🍕 pizza was the great 👍 best pizza ever!!! And pasta was fresh! And we really enjoyed chill oil, and fruit punch beverage:) toilet was clean!!! Good services!

You at your own risk. The food we ordered from starter to main course was soaking in oil. Never have I ever seen a pasta in so much oil.

We always come here on our visits to London because of the incredible service and lovely location 11/10 but wine menu was very poor 4 out ot the 7 white wines were sold out Y ?? Food brilliant , service amazing as always so still 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐stars tha Picantte Pizza cannot be beaten ever ❤❤❤❤

Lovely food, staff are friendly and efficient , lovely atmosphere.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The food however was more on the bland side and lacked flavour… For the price of the food (£7.50 for a starter) standard could be a lot better, otherwise the restaurant sadly feels like it’s nothing special.
