A very nice experience overall. Staff were at first very quick to seat us as walk in customers, sat on a cleaned table with fresh cutlery. Drinks orders were taken whilst we looked at food and starters came quickly, followed by mains. Here it starts downhill rather. The main course was served on a cold plate which meant by the time it has sat waiting the food was cold in part and was not quite so enjoyable. I had also finished more than half before my dining partner recieved his food. That was at least hot.Desserts we ordered at the start. They appeared on the online menu however the manager (I presume) had said to the barman that my option was put of stock. I was at no point told of this until we waited approximately 30 minutes from our mains plates being removed to asking the waiter for desserts and then being told after another delay mine wasn't available.Overall a good experience but sloppy when you order food and they dont inform you they are out of stock.Would come again though

My husband and I enjoyed a very tasty meal on Thursday evening. Having an egg allergy the staff member attending on us made sure I had consulted the allergy booklet before ordering my meal. Thank you

I don’t understand the google score of this restaurant. Maybe I didn’t come at the right time. The atmosphere wasn’t bad but the staff didn’t seem to care except for one young nice lady. The food was not tasty -I ordered a margarita pizza- there were almost no cheese on it and it felt like it was plastic. The dough had nothing Italian, seemed like a less good copy of Domino’s pizza with less fat…

Good food but not the best experience. Decent pasta and pizza, and the 3 course set menu is great value. Slow service for us with long gaps between courses, apparently due to a group of 27 booking ahead of us? And a bit disappointing they didn't have a couple of items on the menu due to supply chain issues, but no indication of this when you order on your phone. Waiter service would have improved this.

We had very great time at this Italian restaurant, just outside Victoria Station, they have a great selection of pastas, pizza, dessert and drinks. Its a nice place to dine and date with your friends and loved ones. Just a perfect place to enjoy your time. The staff is amazing, we had Simona and Patrick attending us, very friendly and great service.Definitely a place to visit again.

Enjoyable early evening meal with my son (11) as a treat after a busy day in London. Service was prompt and attentive, food was great. I ordered the chicken thigh calabrese, which was delicious. 4 stars as although the waiter was enthusiastic, he confused things by thinking that cloudy apple juice was lemonade and the chicken calabrese was a meatball dish. Just needed a little more attention to detail. All in all, really enjoyable meal 😁

Not a pasta lover so maybe its just not for me, but everything had lack of seasoning and salt and mushroom chicken pasta could have been better made at home. I ordered orange watermelon drink for 4 £ and it looked great, but tasted awful and they don't offer straws which can be challenging with decored iced drinks. When it comes to atmosphere it was very judgmental and uncomfortable, 2 stars because Spicy prawn pasta was somewhat okey, but for the price this pasta is awful, 15 £? No, thanks.

I ate here with my partner on 01/08/2021. Would not recommend this branch. It was my partners first time at Zizzis and likely our last. When we were seated the staff member just told us to use speedy order system, which is not only incredibly impersonal but also made it difficult to get the waiter attention for any questions. There was 3 waiting staff members of which only one seemed to really work the other two were standing around chatting, completely ignoring us when we tried to get their attention. The food was bland when it came and we ended up having to get up and get salt and pepper ourselves as no one seemed willing to help. The whole place had an airport atmosphere of people rushing around us and basically trying to get us to eat and leave. No one checked if we needed anything or how the food was until they collected the empty plates. The answer to everything we needed (tap water? - speedy order) was a short and impolite 'use speedy order'The staff was incredibly unfriendly and unwelcoming. This dinner was not worth the money I spent on it. Would not recommend this place.

On a night out to theatre went in here for dinner before. Staff member who lead us to table, wasn't welcoming and grumpy. We waited ages for service it was so long we order drink and food at same time , whilst waiting I noticed how dirty the floor was . Food was very average and for the price charged not value for money, no atmosphere in there, at least there wasn't a service charge . Won't go there again.

Wonderful staff - special thanks to the young Polish waiter (didn’t get your name!). The food was very tasty and I appreciate how many TASTY vegan options you have - not just tomato pasta like others. Also surprisingly the cocktails are very good!
