Zizzi - One New Change in City of London

Nice cozy restaurant, fast service friendly staff . The best one I've visited by far . Clean . Perfect for any occasion or alone.

Tasty food but very painfully slow service, plates left for 20 minutes after we had finished eating, huge gaps between courses. We couldn't sit any longer to wait for the final course so left without.

My family and I have been waiting for almost 2 hours for our food. It was my birthday and we had multiple plans after but we wasted time. They really need to learn to manage time!

Awful pizza, an insult to Italy.... I could not believe to my eyes when I saw that flat unflavoured base of flour and water with just a little toppings on top... I'm sorry but pizza and Italian food is something else! Hope that places like this will bankrupt and shut down their doors because are giving a wrong food education to all United Kingdom! If you're in London go somewhere authentic, there are a lot of very nice places where to eat a real Italian Pizza like sartori In Leicester Square, or da Michele in Baker Street or 50 kalo trafalgar Square.

Have always had a good experience in this restaurant. It's so easy to order through the QR, and it includes pictures of the food if your not familiar with their dishes. There is plenty of space and good tables and bench seating, which I prefer for my kids. There is a great e course kids menu for £6.95, which my 10 and 3 year old loved.

Delicious food that satisfied all adults and kids in our group of 8. Service was efficient but of our two servers, one was excellent and the other less welcoming but still did what she needed to. Prices were reasonable. Very enjoyable meal.

Always a great atmosphere, staff are friendly and welcoming.

Came on a Saturday night especially for the vegan menu. On the positive side the staff were helpful and provided help when needed. The negatives were the online ordering didn't work so we ended up duplicating orders but the main disappointment was they had run out of the main vegan dish and dessert that we chose the restaurant for. Obviously not the fault of the staff but the ordering system and stock replenishment needs a lot of work to avoid disappointing customers.

Zizzi is one of our favourite restaurants and they are consistently amazing. After a 2 year gap, the food was perfect. A puglian organic red along with great food and always attentive and friendly waiters ... was great. Although, because of the location, you'll have the restaurant to yourselves.
