Zizzi (Sheldon Square) in City of London

Delicious!We went there as a party of three, me and my husband had pizza Rustica and our fussy son had the Ravioli which he enjoyed. That itself is a miracle.The staff was very attentive and friendly, and the manager, Liviu checked on our table to make sure we are well looked after and happy. Definitely a stop when visiting London again. 😃

I went to Zizzi on a very cold London night. Me and my friend just needed a warm place and some good food and it turns out that we came to the right place. The manager and the staff was very helpful and even treated us with some snacks. I would totally reccomend.

Was seated in a nice quiet area of the restaurant. The ambiance was nice as was the staff and meals. Can't fault anything with the experience. Definitely be back ✌🏾

We did order at the place to take away and it was pretty fast, took 15 mins and the restaurant was kinda busy. The manager “ Luvio” was a bit, but just a bit rude at the beginning when I asked him about a discount, but then he tried to be more kind. Good in general, good food

We booked a table and were asked to order ourselves using their website and then never had a waiter return to our table. Waited over an hour for food, when asked if they had received our order after this time they went to check and then didn’t update us. The app also charged us a £20 service charge when we ordered ourselves and received no service. Certainly wouldn’t recommend!

Zizzi is not the last word in cutting-edge culinary delights. In fact, the pastas are reliable, & the pizzas – some of which come as half & half variations or hybrids – including king prawn & spicy sausage or calzone. This specific location offers outside sitting and large sized windows making the space feel large. Everything is ordered through a QR menu which adds a degree of simplicty to the experience. The staff were readily available and efficient. The only area for significant improvement is the timing of serving the food - all mains part of the same order coming out at the same time would be preferable. If you are after some safe realiable food around Paddington Central Zizzi is your spot.

They didn't offer pizza when we went (questionable choices...) but the pasta was quite good.We were very pleased with the attentiveness and kindness of staff

Can be good, can be below average. I have dined there more than 5 times and I think the service depends on the staff on duty. Last time we dine on the 30th we were not very lucky but we know roughly what to expect from these chain restaurants. In any case I prefer Ask because they have a richer menu.

Recently visited this branch and had a really lovely time. The food took slightly longer than expected, but the staff took excellent care of us, offering us free drinks, apologising for the delay due to temporary unexpected issues. I felt very welcomed and the atmosphere compensated for the slight delay. I also really enjoyed the new cocktail menu, very tasty and refreshing and would thoroughly recommend visiting. Will definitely go again soon!

Liked that you now can order online when dining in, makes it faster when busy. Food comes fairly quickly and staff a very friendly. Good for families with small children and plenty of items on the menu for everyone. Unlike other places, drinks here don't taste watered down. Food was good and reasonably priced. Definitely a place to have in mind when out with family in that area.
