Zizzi (Tower Place) in City of London

Very friendly staff, amazing service and food delicious. Would definitely recommend this restaurant.

Nice cozy place to hangout! Staffs were very friendly and the food was delicious, especially their Pizza. Absolutely would recommend and personally will be visiting one of their chains again.

Friendly click and collect pickup experience and their rustica pepperoni was very authentic - piping hot, crispy base and delicious! Will be back to sit down.

Location is beautiful as you can see The Tower and and Tower Bridge, Sky garden building and so on. However, it was my 3rd or 4th visit in Zizzi's and I wasn't impressed. Lots of Christmas menu products were out of stock and the taste of my prawns - starter was very plain. On the other hand, the pizza was good. I went for picante with chicken and something else from the Christmas menu and it was tasty.Not bad, but not somewhere to come back to either.

Best to book .The place was just starting to fill up as we arrived. Took a while to take our order as the staff were extremely busy. We ordered starters but calamari got missed (husband not impressed) by the time it was realised main course was due. Main course was beautiful tasty food. Dessert however was not as advertised I ordered chocolate melt and got a chocolate brownie instead husband ordered lemon meringue sundae but got lemon sorbet crushed meringue no vanilla ice cream and no cream, this upset him as he had already missed out on calamari so not getting the one dessert he wanted and craved(he is diabetic so a dessert is a rare thing !!!) really topped it off hence the score.

We walked in at around 8:30pm this evening. Fantastic meal and fantastic service from our waiter, such a pity that his boss didn’t appear to extend the same courtesy to him. Was appalled to overhear on more than one occasion him being dressed down by his manager and very obviously in front of other customers. It felt unnecessary and very uncomfortable and as far as I could see for no good reason. Treat people with respect and it will be returned ten fold! Thank you to our waiter for getting through what was clearly a difficult shift and for the great service!

Ordered a Tiramisu, Pomodoro penne, Calzone. It was delicious but wanted some salt in it. It seemed understaffed and had to walk down to the staff members to get their attention for Salt and billing. I find Greenwich Zizzi to be better tbh.

I went to other Zizzi restaurants , this Zizzi located next to the Tower of London. They only accept card, they only open right section seating, therefore queue is expecting, I suggest you do online reservation before go, it was crowded. Pizza king prawns and prawns linguine is good, courgette frites are crispy. Staffs are friendly!

I love this place and their pizza is the best. So tasty and yummy. Staffs are friendly. I highly recommend this place and the one at North Greenwich is nice still.

They have good friendly staff and service here. The food was great as you can’t go wrong with Italian food and I also went during the last time they served the Christmas menu and it was so yummy.
