Ordered jacket potato with tuna mayo for lunch... Unfortunately the tuna mayo was mostly mayo with a tiny amount of tuna so just tasted like fishy slime on top of the jacket. When I complained to the owner and told her it was terrible and nasty to eat she simply smiled and said thankyou. Would've liked an apology, Hence this review

The best food in Coulsdon! Staff always very helpful and even if you want to custiomise your meal there is no problems. I love Bella❤️❤️❤️Definitley recomended

Food was cold.This was Saturday morning 28/05/22 you were not busy ,a member of staff was lounging on the settee on his mobile .The Breakfast was served on a griddle which you would expect to be Hot, but it was not, the beans were served in a jar. After having a few mouthful of my toast and sausage I opened the jar and the beans were cold I don't believe they were ever Hot.The only thing that was warm was the hash brown.The reason we did not bring this to your attention was we didn't have time for you to re cook our food, and to be honest if you cant cook a breakfast right the first why would the next one be any better or hotter,Having to stop half way through eating and having to wait for the breakfast to come back kills the enjoyment of the meal.We had Breakfast at Valley Café today and it was Great .I hope this answered your questions ,and may I suggest if you have a review like this you should first apologize and suggest maybe a replacement meal or refund at my convenience ,I have just looked at a few of your other reviews and I see I'm not the only persons having a cold breakfast .My other suggestion is use plates and put the beans on it.

Great place , stopped there while waiting for the car to be serviced and really enjoyed my gluten free coconut biscuits. The place is beautifully quirky and invites you to look around for more hidden surprises. The service was very courteous and swift too.Great place.

Nice enough. Food was fine, coffee was OK, but not that strong. Friendky staff who served us quickly. Some sofas inside, but other seating at metal tables, which felt a bit cold this time of year. Cakes looked nice but didn't try them!

A pretty little gem in a town that's becoming more and more gentrified...I had a Chai Latte and Carrot Cake and I have to say the presentation was beautiful and the taste of both was spot on 😊 You could clearly see that care was taken when preparing and that's not what you generally find with the mainstream coffee chains!And yes, they still accept cash - perfect!

I come here every week whilst my puppy has hydrotherapy next door, such a lovely cafe. Have had the full english, Buddha bowls (if I’m remembering the name correctly) and also the jacket potatoes. They also have paninis. Doggy friendly as well and the ladies that work here are always cheerful. The food is made fresh and is so good! There is something for everyone. The photo is my of my fav drink they do - chai latte!
