--Argentinian Grill Wembley--Time ago was a nice place to eat a steak but not anymore,portions are not the same and prices went up a little.One day i ordered 2 sirloin steak, one of them i forgot to ask to make it well done because my wife was pregnant, i went back with the tray and after i explained the situation i asked if it's ok to cook it a little more.Insted they made another sirloin even more raw than the previous one...I asked again nicely "please can you cook this steak well done?"The lady watched me in the eyes and tossed the steak away, than asked if i want a refund instead of cooking it a little more... So rude

The worst customer service - you just stand there they don’t even look at your friendly - waiting over 30 min for my food and they got it wrong and diddnt even care. So many other nice restaurants to eat at in box park I would avoid this one!

First time trying it out yesterday. Food was great! We ordered steak and beef burger. Could’ve been 5 stars if the girl from till only knew BASIC customer service! Loads of attitude, only interested in flirting with the guy in the kitchen! No hi, hello, bye. Even rolled her eyes when we approached to order! It’s such a shame, food is actually not bad, but customer service is non existent. Not coming back.

Flavour of chips and burger were nice, but make sure you order extra chips because the portions are very very small. I asked if what they had served me was the normal portion size and they said yes with confidence. So, I made sure I ate slowly not to finish them too fast. Also, make sure you tell them how you want your burger done because they don't ask. Mine was pink in the middle but I prefer my burgers well done. I didn't bother sending it back.

Out of the 4 times I've eaten here, 3 of those I've gotten the wrong sides. Why would you give the option to select sides when fries are always the default? I always want their rice and is a lottery of I get it or not.

Absolutely disgusting! Food was burnt and tasteless, chicken was flavourless and ribs drenched in seasoning! Would not recommend, better off getting a burger from one of the other stores in boxpark.

The food here is a disgrace, as a chef myself i am embarrassed for them, this quality of food should not be allowed anywhere. They do not care about the food you can tell. I am even expecting to be sick in the morning! It came cold and the meat was sooo over cooked i spent 5 minutes chewing my first bite... i almost choked on a bit of fat....My wife's steak was poorly seasoned, badly cooked and lacked any flavour.I am appalled!!!!!!

Gave this place a couple chances, too bad they couldn't follow through. The food smells nice but the steak was chewy and the chicken was dry and burnt. Also the flavour profile of the marinade was very unpalatable. Save your money.

The guy in the kitchen preparing the food is extremely rude and very very slow service. Snapped and had a lot of attitude when i asked when should i return to pick up my food. Food was average. Will probably not recommend to my friends nor will i return.
