Five Guys in Croydon

Very friendly staff, good service. The cheeseburger was delicious. However, the fries could be better, they were small and over-fried.

Good fast food bar. Big portions, with plenty of toppings to choose. A bit pricey. Big up for being open on Friday, at 23.20. All the other food places around were shut.

Unfortunately Croydon’s Five Guys is fast turning into a dive. I try to support local shops etc but many times they make it hard for you support. Today I bought burger fries and a drink. They are expensive but I normally like the flavour - today the taste of the burger was off. Maybe the beef had been left out previously but it tasted & smelled off/stale. I informed the manager who told me there was nothing wrong. As a regular customer I was shocked. My friend who was with me agreed that the burger smelled stale. He (the shift manager) looked incredulous as if I was speaking another language, after much ado he did offer another burger or anything I wanted but I refused. Another problem with this store is that they sometimes give generous portions of fries and at times not enough. They are inconsistent in quality and I will not be returning. Perhaps they should model themselves on their Oxford St branch or even Bromley. I’ll spend my money elsewhere let’s hope Croydon’s Five Guys doesn’t get rated the worst store ever. It’s a shame really! Just because you are based in Croydon and have certain perceptions doesn’t mean you have to treat Croydonians with disdain

Been wanting to try Five guys for ages now.Dont get me wrong burger was ok chips were nice and got loadsStaff were friendly but £30 come on.Wont be returning for that price

I paid for beacon cheeseburger but was no beacon in my burgers and the tomato was frozen. They forgot to put the checkup too, overall i was expecting something good for £9.50! The patty was good but is overpriced for what you get.

The juiciest beef burgers and the best fries. The milkshakes are good but a bit overpriced. The place is always clean and the staff friendly. Orders are received quickly. I got my usual which is a cheeseburger and Cajun fries with a Oreo milkshake.

Portion sizes were large, regular fries would feed two in my case.Really delicious burger, choose your own toppings free.Staff were polite and service was pretty quick.So the question is £19.20 for burger, fries and milkshake 🤷🏻‍♂️ I will certainly be back for more.

Five Guys is an American Burger chains with stores all over the world.For those who have not visited, you can grab some free peanuts when you go in.My favourites are the grilled cheese and the milkshakes.

All five guys have the same American, red-white atmosphere with the endless peanuts and the raving Ed Sheeran reviews on the wall but what sets this one apart from the rest was the service, it was a great staff and supper friendly.Quality fast food and would definitely recommend, don’t forget to get toppings on the burger! The vanilla milkshake with strawberry and cherry mix-ins is a personal favorite too.
