Halwa Poori House in Croydon

Need to upgrade food quality. Clean and quite place .prices are reasonable. Some items are very tasty un which they are specialising.

I had the Chicken Biriani, Karahi Chicken and Buttered Nann, all of them were excellent/best curry I've had in a long time. Also the guy who served us was really nice, so we will definitely go back soon

This place does good Halwa puri but that is about it. Its run by pensioners who are just there to top up their pension credit. They are not interested in feedback and it shows on their reactions. It was a let down I am a big fan of supporting smaller businesses but this one was a total flop show. Food was served incorrectly and it was cold. They are also keen on saving electricity and it showed. Halwa puri is the only good thing. Rest forget about it.

Amazing staff and management. Authentic Pakistani feel allover. Food is Great.

Been going there for nearly 2 decades, always loved the place, hope the can keep the prices affordable which has always been their Forte

Nashta is really good only problem is they open too 10:00 which is too late it should be opened by8:00 . The time they open the shop most of people are done with their breakfast, if they open early would be great.

Hands down the best halwa puri in London! I've not tried any other but I don't need to... This is authentic Pakistani quisine at its best. This place isn't about the decor or ambience it is all about the food and the amazing flavours.Would recommend to everyone.

Halwa poori is made fresh, portions if eating in can be small. The paya was very tasty and the masala chai was not too milky. Highly recommend.
