K F C in Croydon

How this place stays open I do not know. Can't count how many times they have messed up our orders, yet we've given them so many chances. Always get the worst little bits of original recipe chicken. Either missing items completely, or wrong items, once even got the order completely wrong.

Used to go there often but after last time, never going there again. Chicken was not hot but a bit cold. It's the same case with the fries. And the gravy is too liquid. So a big no again.

Grown up visiting this branch during my secondary school years, and while not much has changed as a whole with it, very rarely has it given me a subpar experience. It's a great place for meeting up with friends at lunch, with its transport links and ease of accessibility to it.Staff are kind there, service is snappy, and has a lot of space inside both downstairs and upstairs.Hygiene is questionable at times (hence the four stars) but seems to have improved since my last visit! Overall a solid staple in the Crown Hill area of Croydon, right by the Surrey Street Market.

Ordered a fillet tower burger but the hash brown is almost bigger than the chicken I sure hope this is a one off and KFC are not reducing the size of the fillet burgers. I can't complain about the taste that is the same just the size of the burger felt a bit disappointed.

Food ordering is easy. Staff are pleasant and taste standard. Ordered this time 14 piece but felt there were to many small pieces. The restaurant interier is quite dull.

This place is absolutely pathetic. For the third time there has been an issue with the food. Twice they forgot to pack all the food , we got home to find our order missing food, today they have given half cooked raw chicken in the zinger burger. THE worst and most incompetent KFC’s I have ever been to. The staff are rude and and have zero communication skills! Do NOT order food from here or go to this branch. They also continuously mention there are issues with the vouchers and they’re not working. Abysmal service! Serving raw chicken!

I never before eat that designating kfc in my life. You are sending by delivery cold and broken food in broken boxes and forgetting add items there. Never again.

If you get a budget box meal or order more than one thing they will always mess it up and for the budget box meals they always give you a really tiny amount of chips. Really unimpressed.Edit: I came here again and ordered a six pieces of chicken share bucket. This is barely enough for me!

Ive ordered from here over 20 times and its always tasted good . Sometimes they get an item wrong so make sure you check before you leave the store , Other then that its all good . حلال

They mocked man, look at the size of this chicken piece they gave me... ITS THE SAME SIZE AS THE CHICKEN WING. I travelled far to come and get this chicken. Also when I came they made me wait before serving me even when I was the only customer in the branch.
