Kaspa's Desserts in Croydon

The place seems a bit neglected, dark and you cannot pay with the ATM, the staff tries to be helpful, the desserts are not at all like they are painted on the menu, the ice cream is not for my taste. They could use some better products and stay true to what the customer sees in the photographs and advertisements on their menus

I changed my one star review to five star review because of the customer services I was given by this lady, and the fact that the food was nice. The only think I found odd was the "cash only" as surely it does not suit their business model and does not go with there business name. But I can understand that this is for survival. Definitely recommend but please ensure you have enough cash.

Took my daughter here last week normally it’s really busy but today it seem quiet so we ate in. We didn’t have to wait long for our order however more customers started coming in which caused it to get busy. Due to this I had someone ask me if they could sit at our table, I felt uncomfortable and felt the staff serving should advise customers to stand to a side when waiting for orders and not sit at tables. Normally I call up and reserve a table and if this had happened if I did, management would need to be called. Nice place to go but there’s no sense of “customer order” by staff.

Never coming back here. This store needs more staff. Staff look super stressed and under pressure. We waited over an hour to be severed and multiple errors were made after waiting for an hour. The table we were waiting in had to be cleaned by me as staff didn’t clean it either. When I put in my order, my Oreo mint milkshake only came as a normal ordinary vanilla milkshake. I kindly got up and asked to get what I ordered the lady that was serving apologised and got me another one, this time was just an Oreo one my sister got her order wrong and so did her friend. At the end I just asked them to leave it behind and we went to get the service somewhere else. I never had a bad experience like this before. The store just looked so disorganised for some reason.Just a horrible service after paying nearly £50 in ice screams and waffles. Really dissatisfied. I’m avoiding this place at all costs.

Genuinely awful experience. Member of staff lied to my partner saying the toilet was broken, we then saw another customer use the bathroom who confirmed it is not broken. Milkshake was almost certainly out of date and has left my partner with awful tummy. White choc and raspberry cheesecake was definitely just the vanilla one with cheap strawberry sauce on top. Also likely gone off as was beyond dry. Avoid at all cost!

VERY DISAPPOINTING that time!!!The Sundae use to be amazing in all aspects, however my last order was a great disappointment. A Hot Fudge Sundae, seemed more like a piece of cake with one scoop of ice cream on the top at the cost of £10.35 each.I’ll no longer order with them.

Do not order from them!!!Waffle arrived cold only half with strawberries second half just chocolate, STRAWBERRIES out of the data taste like wine all end up in the bin!! Horrible stuff- never again

I've had better customer service from a 3 year old. 4 people behind the counter 2 standing around and even after I tried to get their attention no one came to take our order bare in mind it wasn't busy they only had one dine in customer at the time. Very disappointing the speakers weren't working but was on full blast with static sounds. Definitely will not be coming back.

Nice place. A bit dated in the decor, but comfortable.We got there for a mother-daughter ice-cream and the staff was so nice.The place is a bit pricey, but hey, you don't have an overdose of sugar every day.So, for a treat, have a go and try a fudge sundae. Or some ice-cream.They serve some hot drinks as well, shoulf you fancy some.Enjoy!

We have been visiting kaspas for a very long time and every time the food tastes amazing. The quality of the food is also very nice. The restaurant is kept very clean and tidy as the staff are usually cleaning it after a customer leaves. Exceptional service at the counter.
