McDonald's in Croydon

My son went today and then lady must be having a bad day she spilled all three drinks; then said everything was in the bag and no triple cheseburger and normally there okay i think just a bad day ;

Quick service but no seats. If you need a quick burger etc on the run it's perfect.

Certainly filled a hole in a crisis! Missed train connection and waiting for an hour, McDonald's to the rescue! Service was good but no offer of sauces or serviettes at checkout which was disappointing. Quarter pounder did not stay warm for very long but chips mice and fresh. Overall ok.

A Busy McD's - one of 3 in Croydon. Now has competition from Wendy's burgers a few doors away, and the Greggs round the corner that was the first food option there and has been there for over 40 years.Standard Macca's menu, under-staffed, food ok, touch screen ordering is normally out of paper so cannot print receipts. No toilet, no seats - THIS IS NOT A RESTAURANT, but just a take out.McD have become stingy and dispense serviettes and straws at the counter if you ask them.

40 mins wait for my order around 11am is insane for a fast food place!!! Even then they still got my food order wrong

It's a McDonald's, you know what you're going to get. Unfortunately this one must have been having team issues, the young ladies at the front were working theirs socks off trying to take orders, answer questions, do drinks, deal with some real numpties and bag the food. Excellent team just not enough of them

2 large lattes are practically the same price as one from Pret. They definitely taste as good, if not better so it's not a hard choice.

This is a take-out McDonald's only. Clean & fast. 5 stars because im comparing to other fast food places, not rating the food. You already made the choice to eat this food.

incredibly rude and very unprofessional, not only does it take around 20/30 minutes to get your order but the staff attitude i witnessed today is disgusting to say the least. whilst waiting for my order one of the girls (reddish curly hair name beginning with a T i think) gathers 2 other girls around the screen to slag off my order and discuss in a rude manor.

The food in this restaurant is always nice and fresh I tried the spicy nuggets this time and I wasn’t disappointed. My burger was cold but the coffee was very warm
