McDonald's in Croydon

Very slow service disappointing for fast food place as staff just walks around slowly, food hardly warm, not fresh, random closing times - if you eat right there right now should be ok, but 5 min later its cold. As there's no option to sit and eat.. I live 5 min walking from the place, when I receive my order I sprint home to eat and food is hardly warm if not cold and I put it in my bag as well to keep it warm as much as possible and not carrying in my hand. I know its McDonalds but food should still be hot or warm.

What's to say..its just quick take away food to fill you up for a bit. Thankfully you can still order at the counter. I dont like using those screens

How can it take in excess of 10mins to get a poorly made strawberry lemonade? Oh I know, because the one taking the orders and payment has to serve everyone behind you before making the drink which instead of giving it directly to you puts it on a counter for someone else to give it to you. First and most definitely last time I will be going in there, life is too short.

We don't really eat this unhealthy food! And it had been 6 months since we had stepped foot in one... but we did go in and bought a portion of chips for the children...

Decent place here. I came here a few times and most of the time all was good, maybe one of the times there was a long wait but that's a nitpick.

My order was half of it was wrong and was not made right and the drinks were wrong but could not go back and change it it is to far from my home so I was not happy at all

Mixed up our order and we ended up with a normal latte but ordered a toffee latte. Manager take note.

Best place to get your McDonald if you really want it quick and not waiting for too long...food is delicious

Certainly filled a hole in a crisis! Missed train connection and waiting for an hour, McDonald's to the rescue! Service was good but no offer of sauces or serviettes at checkout which was disappointing. Quarter pounder did not stay warm for very long but chips mice and fresh. Overall ok.

The food in this restaurant is always nice and fresh I tried the spicy nuggets this time and I wasn’t disappointed. My burger was cold but the coffee was very warm
