Normally not that bad but Last night was particularly awful. After entering we were told it would be a 30 min wait but as we were going to the cinema didn’t mind. We then went to buy the tickets and when we came back the people behind us in the que had already been seated. We managed to get a table (although none of them had been wiped down) we then ordered and had to wait an hour for our food. Only my partner got her food and had finished. After another 20 minutes I went up and saw about 20 plates all sitting on the side and every member of staff just picked them up didn’t know where it was going so put it back down. I then had to walk my food over myself but was still missing some items. When we inevitably had to leave for the film 20 mins later we asked for to go bags and for a refund on the missing food. They said they would do it straight away, another 15 mins went by and we just decided to leave. I work in as a manager in a restaurant and felt so sorry for theirs as I could tell her staff just couldn’t be asked and didn’t know what To do. Overall an hour and 20 min wait for dry food and no refund on stuff we were missing.

I ordered from Deliveroo - it was the worst order in a long time. The order was made around 5:30, it was ready to collect around 6:00. The food then sat under the heat for nearly an hour. None of the food that eventually arrive was remotely edible. Unsurprisingly, the food was cold, dry and disgusting. I have added pictures of the sunset burger - the lettuce was slimy.

Nice and clean environment, food was made and delivered to my table in a very timely manner. A special mention to a chap called Boris who managed to accommodate during a very busy time and close to closing hours! Thanks

Nice food.. Quick service but unfortunately some of the staff not very friendly and a little rude.. Maybe English wasn't their first language but still, customer service should be a priority at a place of this stataure.

Pleasant and clean ambience. Friendly staff and food were delicious as usual. Though they don't have all on the menu, what we had in UAE and Malaysia , but indeed, it was tasty. Most importantly, it's a halal outlet.

Have been here pre covid once before tried twice inbetween to be seated usually told approx 45 mins - 1 hr wait on a Saturday. Today (a Saturday) after my film at Vue approx 7pm thought we'd try our luck as there looked like a few tables were free. By pure chance it seemed to be a quiet periodand we got a table for two straight away! Can't complain about the food it was all delicious! Staff service was really spot on as well - very conscientious. If there is a long wait I usually go to the Pizza Express next door rather than wait, but that's me!So to sum up worth it if you can get a table straight away 🙂

My chicken was cooked just right, you are given table service because of the new guidelines. Staff were pleasent and helpful. Wasn't to busy you have to wait outside until a table ready sticking to COVID restrictions that good.

Having returned to Nandos after a year away, I was pleasantly surprised that they've added to their vegan and vegetarian menu! They could have added a few more chickpeas though. I only found two!Tasty food and good service.

We visited Nandos Valley Park for Sunday lunch as kids always prefer to eat in this restaurant chain. There was a big queue when we visited there and we head to wait for 45 minutes. The staff weren't that attentive, may be because of the busy atmosphere. Pudding they served, the chocolate cake was so unappetising.

We ate here recently on a Saturday, very busy but managed to get a table within 10 minutes. The staff was friendly and continuously dishing out food and replacing cutlery. The chicken was tender and flavourful. I loved the hummus with the piri piri sauce. The only thing I wasn’t a big fan of was the supergrain salad but everything else was lovely
