Pizza Hut Delivery in Croydon

After reading Sam Trueloves article I decided to give the place a try myself. The guy has no idea what he’s talking about. Naturally if you order pepperoni which is a combination of beef and pork it’s going to be high in salts. Sometimes the delivery time can be high but with a huge lack of local delivery shops within the area it’s expected. Collection is always a good idea and on average you can expect your order to be ready for collection within 10-15 minutes. I’ve personally tried food from this shop (I chose to collect) and the food was amazing and the price was fair. I highly suggest trying food from here but it’s worth checking to see what their delivery times are beforehand. Personally I will be going back.

Did not receive my order at all. Called them after an hour of waiting and have been told that I will receive it in the next 15 minutes. Over an hour later, still no pizza delivered. Tried to call them over 30 times and nobody answered the phone. Paid over £30 and no food delivered. Would give them zero stars but not possible.

This Pizza Hut shouldn’t be allowed to be in business. Ordered 2 pizzas and only one arrived after 40 mins. Was promised the next pizza would arrive in 15 mins. After 40 mins I called and the night shift manager but me on hold for 5 mins and never came back on the phone. After calling again and trust me they don’t pick up the phone!! The night shift manager refused to give me her name and was completely rude. Finally after waiting another 45 mins for the 2nd pizza it finally arrived - no surprise it was completely stone cold. This south Croydon branch has to be the worst Pizza Hut experience, over the years the experience seems to be the same if not worse!!!

1 hour 16mins took to arrive. I had a bad foot so that's why I chose delivery. Tarsal Tunnel Syndrome extremely painful. It doesn't matter what I ordered the time scale is disgusting. Apparently lack of drivers. That's not my fault. It said 25-35mins to arrive on website. Pizza hut 328 Brighton road South Croydon

placed an order for delivery and received this below. phoned the store and was told "its not our fault it left the store fine and that i would not be sent out a replacement" .. appalling service & appalling store. ive had better dominos pizzas and they are alot worse than pizzahut!!

Ordered my meal hours in advance for scheduled delivery as it was a Saturday night so knew it would be busy. 20:00 delivery time. At 20:10 I called around 5 times before I could speak to someone. They kept picking up and hanging up. Then spoke to somebody who confirmed it had left the shop and call back in 10 minutes if they weren't there. Gave it 15 minutes and still nobody had arrived. Started calling back. Tried 3 times and no answer. Waited and tried again. I then wrote a note to stick on my front door and got to my car to go round to the shop at which point the delivery driver pulled up onto my drive. Really? And trusted it into my hand whilst I asked if I was expected to pay for this ad it was now over 30 minutes late. And he couldn't care less (to be fair I probably wouldn't be that bothered if it was my job). Called back to try and speak to the manager and the line just won't pick up. Have sent an email to the support team.Yes it's just a pizza delivery place but it's just so ridiculous.

Order a pizza. was told the delivery time is 45 minutes it came before it. pizza was hot and tasty. the pan was so crispy, love it. the girl that took my order was nice and friendly after asking her for deals she offered me good £15 deal with large pizza, garlic bread and big bottle of pepsi. very good price. will definitely order again.

The restaurant took over 1hr 45mins to deliver our pizza after assuring me that it was only 3-4 mins away when I initially called after an hour. Following my first call I made over 5 calls to the restaurant where the person I spoke to told me he couldn't get hold of his driver but that my pizza was out for delivery. I only live less than 5minutes away from the restaurant! They the stopped picking up my calls and did not bother to contact me to let me know what was happening. Worst Pizza Hut I have ever dealt with and this is not the first time I have had issues with this branch!will never make the mistake of using it again!

I'm giving 1 star because there is no option to give 0. They do not deserve to be on Brighton road. Absolutely horrible service and pathetic customer service. When my order(for which i paid fully and tipped the delivery guy handsomely) was neither delivered fully nor on time, i called to let them know, they kept me on hold for almost half an hour. 😖😡 my kids party was ruined because they didn't deliver on time. I would any day recommend DOMINOS OR PAPA JOHNS for good pizza and on time delivery.

The man took my order was friendly and had the knowledge of the menu and the delivery was on time. However, they got one of the side order wrong and the pizza base was uncooked. I called them to complain as soon as the delivery driver left and then I saw the service level. I told the lady who picked up the phone that they had got one of the side order wrong and her expression was 'so what?' I politely asked her to send the right order and told her that I'll tip the delivery driver again. She told me that I can have it when I order next time. I asked her that why I would want to order next time when you couldn't get the order right this time. She hung up the phone rudely.
