Pizza Hut in Croydon

It was my daughters 11th Birthday and I went over at around 16:15 and Sen assured my she will sort a table out for us when we arrived at 17:15. Upon arrival Sen was really friendly and accommodated our party of 13, with the children on a long table and us adults on the other near to them. It was a really lovely experience and all the waiters was helpful and friendly. All round we I want to say thank you to the whole team led by Sen.

Lovely food...its pizza you can't go wrong with pizza. I was worried that the standard has changed over the years.(I haven't been since I was a child) but it hasn't, it's nice food. Only thing I disliked was the pay on your phone thing. I know I know covid and what not but I like old fashioned waiters and keeping jobs open for real people. Also I asked for a take home box and i think he forgot or something but it took ages for him to come back. I kind of wanted to roll myself home by then and I couldn't leave my breakfast on the table. Anyway I guess I'm "nit picking" but that was my experience.It's pizza alittle expensive but pizza nonetheless.

I ordered for delivery, and it changed it to collection after paying.I now have no pizza, £20 down, wasted my time having to fill out a online form to get a refund, and now having to wait to get the money back.The manager wouldn't even begin the refund policy.Its a Con.

Had a great time visiting this branch of Pizza Hutt. Waitress was very polite and friendly which we appreciated. Food didn't take too long to arrive and tasted quite good. Prices were moderate. Cookie dough was delicious although I wish it was bigger and the ice cream machine was also good however the ice cream itself had a slight icy taste to it. Decor is very nice and overall was worth it.

I had a great experience at Pizza Hut. Alfie and the staff were really welcoming and helpful especially with ordering of the violife pizza which was quite confusing for both sides. Great pizzas as well as the salad bar.

1 hour and 30mins waiting for a medium margarita!!! What a joke!!!!! And then I receive it COLD obviously and am sorry but margaritas have tomato and cheese not tomato and sprinkles of cheese. DISGUSTING!! NEVER AGAIN

A very nice restaurant Very easy to order Staff were so pleasant And helpful. But the reason it got 3 stars rather than 5 is the cleanliness That Restaurant needs a very good clean Not just surface clean a good clean Specially the toilets Were very bad. As I say Be a great restaurant if it would clean because there's not a problem with the food Or the service

What fabulous staff, made it really special. Josh was great (and needs a pay rise) 😉. My grandson dropped his salad and it was no bother, no drama, quickly cleaned up and on with the meal. Would have got 5 but the toilets need a refurb.

Nice clean restaurant, free parking and disabled access too , food has always been good as I have come here for a few years.But I have to only give 2 stars as the new online ordering system is the worst experience I had on a restaurant.If I want to not be served I would only order for delivery at home.It's very hard to spend half an hour just to order the food and yes it does come fairly quick but it's not a restaurant experience that I expect when I seat down to eat, I'm afraid will most likely avoid coming back.

Our family of four two adults and two children visited this restaurant today, the restaurant is nicely decorated and modern looking, there is booths next to the windows and tables in the middle.We choose the Big sharer deal which include 3 bowls of salad, two sides a large pizza we choose (BBQ Americano + stuffed crust) and two deserts, we also added three drinks the cost was roughly £40.The food was freshly prepared and very delicious. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely visit this restaurant again.
