Pizza Hut in Croydon

came today with my boyfriend to enjoy the buffet. Was seated quickly by a lady and ordered through the app. Emma served us shortly with the cutlery and plates and continued to check up on us during our time there. Place was very tidy and Emma along with the other servers made our time there even more enjoyable! Will definitely be back soon

Ordered margarita and hot& spicy chicken beef pizzas. Pizzas were fantastic. However Ice cream was bit cold which my kid didn’t eat it after ordering.I didn’t like the orange juice either but tang was fine.Lots of options for buffet which I’ll try next time.

2 members of staff made my visit so worth while. Lancelot and Emma were amazing with the kids and adults. Both were attentive, informative and just all round good employees!!!Food was also good but then again it is Pizza Hut - they have a standard to uphold

Superb service from Paulina whom I believe is the current General Manager? She was outstanding from start to finish! Even when I didn't have the pizza I wanted from the buffet, she went and got it for us and was super friendly! She even gave me a little sticker ;-)

We were a local school visit so came as a large group of 60+ before the store opened. It was well organised, staff were friendly and great with the children. It was excellent that children had an opportunity to choose toppings for pizzas. This is a unique experience (going to a restaurant) for many of our children and staff made sure that they all had an excellent time. This is also a very good value for money visits for schools and I would recommend it to other local schools. We will definitely return and want to say a huge thank you to all staff working during our visit. Every singe one of them made the experience worthwhile. Thank you again!

We attended Pizza Hut for my son’s 10th birthday after our activity had finished. The staff were really friendly and accommodating, and the meal was excellent value for money. We were a group of 10 (4 adults, 10 children), and our server Lancelot was truly amazing. He wasn’t phased at all by the group despite the noise, and was very patient with us. The whole experience went better than we could have hoped and I would like to thank Lancelot and the staff for their professionalism and for making our lunch special.

I ordered for delivery, and it changed it to collection after paying.I now have no pizza, £20 down, wasted my time having to fill out a online form to get a refund, and now having to wait to get the money back. The manager wouldn't even begin the refund policy. Its a Con.

I had a great experience at Pizza Hut.Alfie and the staff were really welcoming and helpful especially with ordering of the violife pizza which was quite confusing for both sides.Great pizzas as well as the salad bar.

1 hour and 30mins waiting for a medium margarita!!! What a joke!!!!! And then I receive it COLD obviously and am sorry but margaritas have tomato and cheese not tomato and sprinkles of cheese. DISGUSTING!! NEVER AGAIN

Our family of four two adults and two children visited this restaurant today, the restaurant is nicely decorated and modern looking, there is booths next to the windows and tables in the middle. We choose the Big sharer deal which include 3 bowls of salad, two sides a large pizza we choose (BBQ Americano + stuffed crust) and two deserts, we also added three drinks the cost was roughly £40.The food was freshly prepared and very delicious. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely visit this restaurant again.
