Planet Pizza in Croydon

To night I ate one of the best Chinese food ( chai meno ) and as well best spicy wings.

The worst pizza I've ever had. A nasty gooey mess. After trying an failing to eat the first bite of the first slice it got thrown in the bin even though I was really hungry. Thank f for shreddies

Decent Pizza for the pizza charged. Great place for food after school or having a lunch break if you working nearby.

Absolutely disgusting attitude. Said 45 minutes, 1 hour later rang and he shouted down the phone saying its just going in the oven and hung up. Then i rang back he got rude and said take it or leave it so I requested a refund. Rude rude rude. Wont go back. Dominos next door far better.

PLANET PIZZA . .. TOP GEEZAS!!! Been a customer for years never had any problems pizza always the same! Proper tasty how pizza should be! You wont get a more certi takeaway on a fri.

Absolutely disgusting! Please do not order any sort of bbq sauce, it is out of date!!! I have been sick from this, called to speak to the shop but the are soo rude and hung the phone up on me, I am fuming! We called to let them know it’s out of date and he kept saying ok and done nothing and hung up! Please do not order anything bbq

Had been recomended this pizza place as it is cheap prices and good food, however we ordered 2 pizzas in a deal and the wrong pizza was delivered. After ringing the number for the shop I was told by a staff member that I was wrong and that I had my correct pizzas, after 3 more phone calls after almost 2 hours I asked if a refund was possible and the company said the payment firm was separate and I had to go through them for the refund, so resorted to them hopefully delivering the correct pizzas as they offered. Review Written while waiting for the pizzas to come after 2 hours and many phone calls, yet to taste the ordered pizzas, avoid Planet Pizza purley at all costs due to awful customer service because of rude staff who seemed uneducated and the hours of waiting time and hassle on the phone.

Well, I really enjoy the pizza here and the garlic bread and onion rings rock too! However, it was an evening during early August (tonight) and I was really looking forward to munching down my pizza with my friends while guzzling a Dr Pepper. However, my Dr Pepper was instead delivered as a Diet Coke so I'm a little annoyed because I love a cheeky Dr Pepper and I felt bad to make them come all the way back just for a can of Pepz. So yeah, Great food but yeah, left a dry taste in my mouth..literally.

Been having pizzas from here for years ... very few mistakes and food is nice .... however... this evening .... EXTREMELY bad customer service. Got 1 of 6 pizzas very wrong. Always order the same thing. But the very rude man on the phone tried to blame us, then said " if you come and get the new one" then has the audacity to hang up on us after shouting us. We rang back, we are getting new pizza... " don't touch the other one we want it back in one piece!" Wouldn't give his name .... but he's lost them good business.

Now that Tops South Croydon have stopped delivering to Purley, good old Planet is probably the best game in town. Their prices are much more reasonable than your Dominos / Pizza Hut although expect a bit more grease (although I don't mind the odd greasy pizza, especially after a couple of beers).They do some pretty good deals for collection, so if you're walking past drop in and save yourself a few quid (or convince them to take you home with the delivery :)
