Starbucks in Croydon

Nice friendly staff, quite tight inside. Intended to drink in but full of school kids (2 drinks between 8) so had a take out instead.

good and tasty coffee, but need rearanging inside, need more comfortable seats instead of hard wooden. Staff is nice and hard working. I like this place.

This is easily one of the slowest Starbucks in existence... Despite loads of staff working... The inside is always messy, dirty, and unattended.Staff can be mixed... Some really couldn't give the slightest care and some are ok.Drinks are usually fine and as meant to.

I have been there today with my family and we’re working 4 guys and another guy started after two minutes I was there. I ordered one croissant, one pain au chocolate and one flat white extra hot and no one talked with the baristas close to the coffee machine and the flat white was so horrible. The flat white has only 0.5 mm of foam instead today I received a flat white with more of 1,5 cm of foam. This one is a dry latte. I had to ask them to speed up the drink because they were too busy talking to each other. truly a horrible experience. I absolutely do not recommend it

Very frustrating when the Starbucks is shown to be open online yet after driving there you arrive to closed doors and a sign saying that it is closed temporarily. This has happened to me numerous times now and it is a waste of time, travel and coffee-excitement. It would be helpful if when the store is closed, the online status reflects this. Otherwise friendly and helpful staff, however very slow turnaround of order no matter how many people are there.

Horrible service. Didn't take my name for my order. Waited 20 minutes for a drink at the service counter, to be told that they the away my drinks. The servers started arguing instead of apologizing. Retook my order just to give the wrong drink. 30 minutes of my life wasted. Finally they decided that they could do a refund and we left. Sunday ruined thanks to Starbucks.

Terrible, I went with the family yesterday food was served but they forgot one of our drinks and other customers continued to take our drink without our knowledge, what happened to placing people names on the cups.Returned again today, and ordered first and was served last!!!! Honestly found this absolutely rude! Me and my daughter were waiting and they hadn't said anything, saw us waiting, decided to serve the customer who came in after us!!! Won't be returning here again!!!!!

Im a big fan of starbucks, this visit has started to make me rethink. I got my two young children a ham & cheese toastie and when I ask if it could be cut in half I got answered "got to do it yourself, here's a knife (wooden)"My gingerbread latte tasted burnt which wasn't great.

Really enjoyed the slow pace of dine in experience despite they tend to be busy with takeaways and delivery orders. I felt the staff tried their best. They replaced my drink with whole milk and put everything i waned them to put in like extra whip cream and steamy drink. Will visit again. Although i found that the all male staff led by ARRON was awesome.

This branch of Starbucks at Centrale Shopping Centre is well hidden.Had I not ventured upstairs I would not have discovered it.It is nice and quiet hence a great place to relax and have a drink.The staff are nice and friendly.
