Subway in Croydon

We went there after an overnight Thursday morning and the staff there was super nice and caring I am definitely interested in going back there again Good job

The people at Subway in Croydon were really kind to me, we even had a little bit of conversation. The sandwich was made to perfection!

Team behind the counter have been instructed to cut meatballs in half..! So a 6 inch sub now only has 2 full meatballs cut in half to be spread out, and a footlong only 4..! Stingy practices hurting otherwise tasty food.Editing this post in reply to the owner:No, I have had Mega Meat sandwiches from other Subway outlets and never faced this. Moreover, I didn't mistakenly order another sandwich and was not in a rush. I've even added a photo from the Subway website which clearly shows 4x full meatballs for a 6 inch sub... Please do not push blame on to customers.

Good food made with care... unlike some other subways.

This is my go to subway. But I went one day for lunch and I was turned away and not allowed in because they said that they couldn't take anymore customers. Disappointed that they would turn customers away.

A typical Subway. I award it 5 stars simply because it is exactly what it says it is. It is also always extremely busy which means it's as popular as ever. The clever use of technology to order has improved the experience. The service is excellent which it has to be considering the volume. The staff are helpful and friendly which is amazing considering the pressure of work. And it's a good place have a cup of pretty good coffee and sandwich.

This place has great service when you order instore. Food is very nice. If you order via delivery its not far worse experience though.

Very poor - Ordered via Justeast. 2 of the 4 subs had the wrong toppings and sauces. 2 sides and a drink missing. Tried for about 30 minutes to get through on the phone but no one answered.To summarize, incorrect, missing, no customer service

Great staff. Very quick and helpful. 4 stars for being a bit untidy and not so clean on the floor, especially when they don't have customers and could tidy up a bit, quickly. One of the nice Subways I have been. It was a lovely experience, the queue moved really fast. It was lunch time and it was really busy but the staff managed the situation well with a smile on their faces throughout. Will definitely recommend for people to go there.
