Texas Mexican in Croydon

Food took over 1hr long & when I spoke with the customer service representative on the phone he spoke to me really rudely saying it hasn’t been over 1hr and said “i can cancel your order and tell the driver to return back the the shop” he didn’t even have the respect to apologise for the delay... poor customer service skills as someone like myself that owns his own business I definitely don’t expect my staff to deal with customers like this.

It's great! I ordered to a Hotel and the delivery man waited at the reception to make sure I get my order which was very nice! The food (Chimichanga) was in recyclable packaging (cardboard box) which was awesome when it comes to being eco-friendly. But most importantly, the food itself was very good! Absolutely can recommend!

Brilliant Mexican food with gluten free and vegan options! Ordered to be delivered and recieved my lovely Chimichanga. So fresh and tasty, definitely recommend. 👍🏻

Ordered a quesadilla, nachos and tostadas, from the £20 order the only edible thing was the quesadilla, and even that wasn't that great. The meat used as toppings on nachos and tostadas was cold and disgusting, no flavour whatsoever, horrible even for a takeaway place quality. For that price I was expecting a bit more effort. Terrible customer service as well. Called the restaurant 3h after my food was delivered and the man on the phone couldn't care less about the fact the food was inedible (it was inedible at the time of delivery already). Do yourself a favour and do not order from them, you're better off with McDonald's. Waste of my £20, I'm fuming.

Wonderful atmosphere and super attentive service. The food was fresh and delightful. Will clearly recommend this restaurant to anyone. Fair rates and generous meals. Great job.

Customer service was good in regards of friendly delivery driver and polite on the phone, but the food was horrendous, the rice taste of curry more than of mexican, the onions and peppers inside the wrap hadn't been cooked at all 🤷‍♀️ and we have all been having stomach cramps all morning...

This is the place you eat if you want to get food poisoning. Wrost Mexican food I eat my all live. My quesadilha had a bunch of hair on it. Wrost burrito and nachos also. Nothing tasted well, and for sure that there is nothing Mexican about this restaurant.

Pizza from here is lovely!Always very lovely customer service and a good alternative to the big pizza brands.I've never had a delivery as I always collect. Never waited longer than 20mins.Only thing I would love for them to stay open later, as these pizzas would be a great ending to a night out.

NOTHING MEXICAN ABOUT THIS PLACE !!!!WORST meal ever ordered EVER!! Please don't waste your time or money on this place. Chicken salad consists of lettuce, pieces of cubed what was described as chicken, red onion and poor quality tomatoes. The "chilled cheese" was near frozen and the "ground chicken" was the same.Tostadas are still sitting in the bag and will be going in the bin after this review is finished. Food was delivered after 12 but the driver still saw fit to have me wait on my doorstep for my change.I can't stress how BAD this food is. No quality here at all.

ABSOLUTE WASTE OF MONEY!!!!The food I ordered was unacceptable. I could not eat it and I have wasted my time and money on this. I am very disappointed. I ordered a beef burrito, but what came was discusting, the beef looked burnt and like it had been left out all day or as if it had been cooked days ago and had been left to go stale in a fridge. It did not smell fresh at all it had a funky smell. It was not wrapped the way a traditional burrito is supposed to be. The rice that came along with it just made me heave as I took the lid off the container the smell was unbareable. Also the look of the rice I have never seen before. This is not what I expected when I placed my order. I am not new to Mexican food and have had it from many many different places for many years but what I received today was totally unacceptable. I have had to throw the food out and I have never in my life been forced to throw out a delivery, ever, so you must understand how appalling this food was. Now the nachos that I ordered was supposed to have chicken on top but what is on top looks more like beef to me. Again the beef dose not smell fresh but It was not as bad as the beef in the burrito. I ate a quarter of the nachos as I was really hungry by the time my order had arrived but as I ate I was sickened by the unfresh taste and decided to stop and throw it away also. I am very unhappy about this so much so that I have had to write. If I could put one star I would and I will be writing to somebody higher because I will be getting compensated for this
