Thank you so much to all the lovely staff. Especially Mandy and Michelle. I bought my family here for our first family meal out in 2 years. My 7 year old son is severely Autistic and becomes very overwhelmed with new surroundings. Mandy and Michelle were fantastic and noticed and understood my sons needs straight away. They moved us to a quieter table and made sure we were ok throughout our whole stay. The service was impeccable. I cannot thank them enough for what they did and the empathy they had. We had a wonderful meal. Wonderful service and will be back 100%. Thank you xxxx

Oh dear, oh dear...Disinterested greeter.Marched us off to our table :-(Pretty not-caring attitude whilst helping us to our salad (couldn't do it ourselves)Felt quite pressured as we were asked 3 times if we wanted anything else.To top it all, started clearing plates/bowls before I had finished with my salad!! Had to swiftly request it was left alone :-(Harvester used to be good but probably won't be revisiting this outlet again.

We had a lot of inconveniences here such as the salad bar not being self serve so we have to wait for ages, lack of staff, slow service, a lot of the items on the menu they don’t have, however Mandy was the only waitress who helped us, she was like a one man band, running from table to table, helping everyone with the salad bar, so kind and reassuring us on the food options. I think the other staff need some training from her!

Kayla was great. Her customer service was amazing, she couldn't do enough. I have a dairy intolerance and she really made sure my food was all okay, checked things on Google regarding the sauces at the salad bar. Lovely lady, thank you.

Great food, well cooked, great care taken over food ordered for allergy sufferer. Harvester continues to be my go to for good quality good value food with good service.Only negative is that the restaurant is looking a little tired and could do with a refurb!

This restaurant was exceptional. This was my first visit and I loved it! I will definitely be back soon. We were served by Mel and her customer service was exceptional. She was friendly and helpful the whole time. Very child friendly place also.

Highly recommend this Harvester for food. Amazing and very helpful staff, thank you to our waitresses Kayla & Mandy for everything, and to the general manager Dave for attending to an accident my partner had with his glass. Couldnt fault this on anything today!! Will 100% be returning again. Best place to go! Also a massive thank you to the Chefs Gemma & Ellie, food was amazing and cooked perfectly.

Visited the Cricketers again and have to say that the service was fantastic. Oscar looked after us the whole time we were here and couldn't have done more for us. We had the dirty burger and the chicken and waffles. The chicken and waffles was to die for! Highly recommend! Will be coming back soon!

My family loves Harvester! We love celebrating our birthdays here. Food is always delicious. Staff are always friendly and helpful! My children love to pop in here after school or for lunch, as they know they can create thier own ice cream
