DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!! order via ubereats... the restaurant delivers themselves. Order is 25 minutes late!!!!!! When I call the phone is put down on me!! DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE. Hungry children to feed, this is a special take away evening after fireworks and will NEVER again order from here!!!!

Let me be honest, if you want a huge pizza and are willing to pick it up, then they don't get much cheaper. This isn't dominoes or pizza hut STILL tasty enough...not for PIZZA SNOBS

Refused to honour a money off code clearly shown in their window. Tried to fob us off saying the £42 charged INCLUDED the 20% off like we couldn’t count.... he actually argued straight maths....Refused our order in the actual store. Walked home. The coupon didn’t work on just eat or their website and so we called. The guy started haggling with is over what he wanted us to pay! Told us their prices were all different on each site and we should pay what he suggested. Arguing over pizza?!?!Ordered Dominos. Lost our business for sure. Family of 5 and all greedy pizza lovers.FAIL. Bizarre place.

Soggy under cooked chips, salad sent in separate plastic pots and what I'm guessing was the chili sauce in small plastic tubs that looked so watery I didn't even bother opening them. They also forgot our drinks.I have ordered from here before and the food was lovely so what has gone wrong?

I ordered 75 pizzas from here and all of them were nice and tasty, they use fresh dough 100% and every pizza was nicely done, pizzas were ready on time and their manager was great, i would have given 5 stars if they had shown little bit more customer services and had kept their promise one minor thing but anyway, overall nice and yummy experience. Will be ordering with them soon and definitely recommend them especially for large orders.

I am VERY UNHAPPY! Where do I beginning. I ordered 3 lager donner meat n chips and once they arrived, they was in small boxes so I called up I said my address n orders the guy on the phone said " we run out of lager boxes so we filled the boxes with more meat" so I opened the boxes, there was not much meat at all and the chips 1 box has about 25 chips n the other 2 literally have 10-15 chips. I called back and explained the problem and ask for a refund or send more food, the guy on the other this time said "no you lie, we filled it more" I was shocked and repeated my self, this time the guy said "wait for sec" it went quite then hanged up the phone. I called back 3 time and the guy did not answer! I am very upset/angry with this whole situation. From this we started eating the kabab was tuff and chip was ok, no one ate all there food. DO NOT ORDER FOOD from here! Unacceptable behaviour.Updated since this incident I've been emailing someone from the company, NO HELP! They almost act like it's your fault and sort of try to help you but clearly don't want to by marking it hard as possible for you. Like how can you still be asking for more proof I sent screenshot of order!

We ordered- 1 large lamb dinner, all salad and garlic sauce- 1 small mixed chicken and lamb shish- 1 large chipsThey sent a deconstructed lamb shish and torn burger. Poor quality of meat, added burger?? Sauces were all separate and the chips were undercooked.I asked them to send a remake including my chicken, I wanted it altogether in 1 Box to allow the juices to soak to my bread.Again they sent it separately, they were miserable on the phone and the meat was again poor quality.The only thing I'd say was good is the use of coriander in the onions, the rest is terrible

Thought it was a good service until ordered a pizza yesterday and they gave it to someone else and had to wait for them to cook it until they got it wrong and they said we can have a free one next day phoned up to order it and they were very very rude said no we can't have it when they messed it up! So waste of money and time avoid this place! Unless you want a argument and they give poor customer service and burnt pizzas!

They keep getting my order wrong, each time. AVOID HERE AT ALL COSTS. They spite me, I called them up with a query one time and now they got so pissy, be aware of this takeaway. They start a war with customer when they get your order wrong. They get my order wrong each time and now they got super angry. If u want correct order and better customer service than go elsewhere. Also avoid Capone's pizza and Dominos
