Great food, service and value for money. Tried the Chicken katsu salad for the first time, delicious

Came to wagamama after a long time. Been greeted and welcomed by nice staff. The waiter Florin was very attentive to my preferences. He was checking on us to see if we are ok etc. However, there was nothing to hold my jacket in the ladies!!no handle on the toilet door.

I had not been to wagamama for a while and forgot that they bring the meals out as soon as they were ready, which I have to say was a bit off. I had my starter followed very shortly by my main, whilst the rest of my party were still waiting for their meals. That said, the food was as I remembered, very good, and the staff were helpful and attentive. Toilets I have to point out were very clean.😊

Nice service but don’t like that the food is made with pre made sauces. So cannot accommodate dishes for those of us with intolerances. They had a gluten free menu which had quite a few choices. Good location and easy to get to.

This branch is totally incompetent.Been waiting over an hour for my food, it finally arrived and my main dish was not what I ordered. I am allergic to several of the ingredients of the dish they sent. I called wagamama to explain and they first tried to blame deliveroo and then I pointed out that receipt said the correct item so it was their mistake so they said they'd ask deliveroo to process a refund then hung up - no offer to resend the correct dish. So an hour later, still no dinner and a possible allergic reaction coming.

The service team here are a bunch of rockstars! We were in a rush for lunch and told them so. They took care of our situation so well, we ordered quickly, got served right away and were out in under 20 min! Thank you :)

Staff very friendly and helpful.Its an open kitchen so you can see the chef cooking.The layout and decor is very nice.Children Friendly :-)I did choose a vegan dish but didn't like that much and then the portion of rice was too much.A bit pricy I think... For what you can see in the pic I paid £75 ( add small 1 glace of wine and 1 soft drink)

We went here for a lunch a few weeks ago. Unfortunately, a lot of the vegan options were unavailable however the staff was nothing short of incredible. A special shout out to Marta, who was absolutely fantastic and hospitable. She went above and beyond to ensure that we were comfortable throughout our lunch!

Always a good shout with beautiful fresh food. The service can sometimes be hit and miss but to be honest they're generally busy. Good selection of seafood and vegan options available so something for everyone.
