Waitrose Restaurant in Croydon

Had a really great time at this restaurant in Croydon. Nice to go to an old school and independent establishment.Service: staffing were friendly and gave us some good recommendations. Starters and mains came when expected.Food: starters we got the crab profiteroles and duck pate. And for mains two types of steak and I got the paella between the 3 of us. Everyone finished their meals and tasted good.Atmosphere: very quirky and eccentric interior

Absolutely adored the place. It has a very interesting interior, from the decor to how the booths are laid out. The staff were extremely friendly, the lady who was waiting our table said it was her first day, but my goodness she was incredible and made us feel welcomed and cared for. I will definitely go back there soon!

I cannot believe I have lived less than a 10 minute walk from this place for years and never been before today.I called very last minute and was pleased to be given a reservation despite the place being very busy.Unfortunately, the live music was not on due to some difficulty with the performer and we attended on an extremely hot evening but regardless, the entire experience was fantastic. The decor was very intriguing, especially down towards the booths. Was given the option of a booth but decided not to due to the temperature (the air con had busy) so we had table close to the window.The food was simply superb. The delicious options even on the 2/3 course meal are such great value and so very tasty.My partner and I had a 2 course meal each and a bottle of wine and paid about £50. The service and staff was fantastic, the food came so very fast and did not feel like it had been stood on a hot plate.I highly, highly recommend this amazing place. I will be returning to this wonderful establishment again and again.To the owner - please do not change. Your charming, inviting little bay is simply the biggest thing in Croydon. Imho

Unique and characterful restaurant serving quality good. I was here with some mates for the first time and I was not disappointed. The place has a cool vibe to it - as you can see from the attached pictures and video. Some of the booths might feel a bit cramped but that adds to the characters - especially if you are seated upstairs. The service we received was top notch and the food was delicious. Quality, portions and taste were all on point and I strongly recommend the food here. Overall a great visit and I would highly suggest you visit this restaurant if you are seeking a decent quality meal without breaking the bank.

Great food and customer service. The steak and the salmon was cooked to perfection. The sorbet us out of this world hmmmmmm.My brother and I will definitely be going back.

LITTLE BAY one of the best restaurants in CROYDON. The staff's are very polite and nice behavior with costumer's... The atmosphere of the restaurant is looking good. Food is amazing, my favorite is 'shoulder of Lamb ' .. LITTLE BAY is amazing 🤘🤘

A true "little gem" of a restaurant, lovely bohemian atmosphere, excellent staff. Look forward to going again. Only reason 4 stars not 5, was the Steak I had was perfectly fine, but generic and nothing special, otherwise I would have given it 5 stars. Will try a different dish next time to see if I can give the place the full 5 stars. Try the place, you won't be disappointed. Good value also.

Cute little place that you would miss just walking down the road. When you get seated, ask to be seated at the back and you can admire the interior ship like decor that gives you an experience.The food was served quick and tasted great. Reasonably priced set menu.
