Amigos Peri Peri in Ealing

As soon as I stepped in, I was stared at by the workers, (like they had never seen a girl in their life's) which made me feel really uncomfortable; bare in mind- I was with my boyfriend. They got the order wrong- I specifically said no chilli- spice whatsoever- once I sat down with my boyfriend at the table while waiting for our order (as it was a takeaway) one of the workers came up to my table, sprayed surface cleaner close enough to spritz on me, and as I was talking to my boyfriend about how I liked the fact that they used yellow for the franchise interior, the worker rudely interrupted, and said, " you like the colour yellow", and just looked "deep" into my eyes, and walked away awkwardly with a smug smile on his face. Then the workers all started shouting loudly while uncomfortable looking at me while sitting down and waiting for my order. Once I got bk home, I took a bite into my burger, and there was a sharp bone in the chicken fillet. chicken burger- The burger was tasteless including my boyfriend's- as he said. It was so bad I had to give it to our cat. I don't appreciate the way I was made felt at the amigos in Acton; I won't be going there again, and I won't advising anyone else to go there. I've never felt so uncomfortable ordering food in my life, and all I wanted was a fillet burger.

Visited once whilst in the area, I opted for the Happy Nero burger with fries and drink.The burger was of a good size, tasty and had a kick to it, will definitely try again.

Despite the fact that I was waiting for food an hour to be delivered, food arrived cold chips were soggy and discusting, burger was missing veggies, coke was tasting like out of date from draft not in can as I ordered. Would strongly not recomend this place!!!

Long waiting time, fries are never fresh always double fried and hard. Burgers are delicious though 😍😜🍔 dare I say overpriced 🤷🏽‍♀️

I had to wait 35 minutes for an order that was made 10 minutes earlier because the owner came in and started hurrying the staff to clean up the restaurant instead of focusing on getting orders out the door on a busy evening.Award winning management.

Been coming here for years specifically acton branch. Always providing great service especially by eli at the till and naila at the cooking station. Burger always cooked to perfection and its always great to eat here.

NAILA has shown consistent great customer service. I come regularly and she has always shown great attention and care. It has made my family feel very special and for this reason we come more regularly and we’d like to thank her greatly.FATIMA is a great professional and always makes our visit comfortable. I’ve been a loyal customer for many years now, since it’s original opening, but I will say that the most disappointing thing is how high the prices are via any delivery service. Being forced to buy chips to make the meal a deal is extremely frustrating and daylight robbery. The food is at a good standard in both taste and presentation, but I find that the beef burger patties are often bland, and rely on the sauces in the burger to add flavour.

A 20oz burger!!! We came. We saw. We devoured.If anything, the beef burgers were well done. Thus, it might be an idea to request they be done medium well perhaps.You might also consider requesting a custom made burger. Maybe an EL GUAPO with sticky BBQ sauce and soft cheese or something!In all, the quality of the beef was pretty pore but it made up for it with all the quality condiments. This is one of the better burger places out there though still has some room for improvement. Unfortunately, it has limited seating so you might be crammed for space.It also took 25mins for them to prepare the four burgers! And had we not checked our take away bag before leaving, we would have left with two burgers and two fries (although they were very kind enough to throw in an extra two portions of fries as an apology).

**live review** 4/1/19Ive waited 30mins for my meal and nothing yet ... people b4 me and after me have received there food but me . Not a good start but lets see if the food pulls it back .40mins wait later .42 minute and food has arrived , not what i ordered so back it goes45 minutes : right order comes through , no drink so i have to get up again and get it :) . Now the food ...Mexican gourmet 10oz burger tasted noticeably dry and hard to get through so i had to drown it in sauces .. chips were nice and so were the sauces ...Overall for me this place didnt do well despite the reviews it holds . I shouldn’t have to wait 45 minutes for my meal and truth is i waited so long i was put off .However i believe this place deserves another chance and il redo another review in the future and update the final review .****Update:****01/02/19**live review**22 mins later and I’m still waiting...28 mins later and my food has arrived . To be honest this is the second time ive had to wait long for my food.. off putting.Chicken burger came cold and quite bland and i wouldn’t buy that again.Gourmet 6oz texan was really nice and tasty and i would get it again . Fries was normal. Prices are around £7-£8 per meal . Parking is quite tricky as the shop is on the high road however , across the road from the shop there is a big Morrisons 😉.Pros: food is nice and at a very decent price and free parking across the road.Cons: limited seating, very long wait for food.
