At Thai Canteen in Ealing

I went there with my husband, we wanted to try something new.Such a dissapoitment. We've order prawns and ribs for starter. We didn't get any cutlery or napkins so we ate with out fingers..waitress took our plates and after brought mains....without the cutlery! We needed to ask her for it. For mains we had different types or noodles. Mine were extremely spicy, don't get me wrong..I like spicy food but my lips were burning. I dont know if that's how supposed to be l, if yes in my opinion waitress should aware customer that this dish is extremely spicy. I left whole plate, after waitress came and took plates away without a question if something was wrong with it. They have service charge and we've paid whole bill but management need to remind their staff how proper service should look like. I'm working in hospitality for years and I could see that staff didn't care about customers at all. After visit we ended up in Mcdonald because we were still hungry! Never going back to this restaurant.

My new favorite Thai restaurant. Everything was perfect, from the restaurant itself that looked super cute, to the friendly staff and the food that was absolutely delicious! Only got to photograph the dessert 😍

I was a regular customer of Thai canteen as the food is very authentic and the ambiance is very good. Sometimes I even used to go twice a week but recently I don’t know for some reason there has been a problem with my order 3 times in a row. I am not sure whether the management has been changed or something. The female hosts has been replaced by two male hosts and don’t get me wrong their customer service is very good but whenever i have been there to eat in or to order takeout there has always been a mistake with our and has happened three times in a row so that’s why i don’t really go there as much. Hopefully the management will look into this matter and we will not be disappointed when we place our order in the future.

Really nice finding.As we entered with felt welcomed by the friendly staff. Pei was really good in advising and the customer service was excellent in every aspect.The team showed collaboration and coordination with the kitchen.We tried the mix platter and I personally liked everything. The kitchen was a little too spicy for my partner. The noodles were really yummy, and I loved that I could mix chicken and prawns even if it was out of the menu. Particularly tasty the Thai beer. Definitely recommended, for families couple and friends. But also saw some people eating by themselves with s book, sign that the restaurant is really appreciated for the vibes and the good cuisine.

Good place for Thai food catering for the adults and kids. Good evening with a group of 12 - well looked after by the hosts and the food was great. We should be visiting soon again.

Really friendly service, tasty food in good prices, what more one can wish for :)

I visited Thai Canteen on the 28/11/21.We had a selection of foods... Chicken satay, spring rolls, tempura, dumplings & prawn crackers and that was for starters!For our main we had chicken noodles in oyster sauce & pad thai.I must say the food was very tasty and the staff were attentive but not intrusive.I will definitely be coming back, with some of my friends too!

Very delicious and cozy place. I like the beautiful Thai store keeper, she is so pretty and gorgeous! I ll come for more times with friends for foods and desserts! Thai beer is the best!

My food recommendation is Yen-Ta-Fo (sorry for no pic review). This noodle soup is so authentic! Also, I recommend you to order, Banana Fritter. The dessert is so nice! I seriously recommended this Thai restaurant for whoever finding Thai restaurant in Ealing, London.

We enjoyed our meal tonight, the staff are all welcoming and friendly. The food never dissapoint us. Portions are good for such a reasonable price.
