Burger King in Ealing

Can’t say it was goodFirstly - the place looks shut. I had pulled into the nearby petrol station to sort out my car insurance on the phone. I parked at BK as I could see it was empty, possibly disused.I then saw some delivery scooters going in and out and figured the place was doing delivery only.I asked one of the riders and he said it was open. It is so dark and no signage which makes it look like it has closed down. But I had an hour to kill and was hungry!Had a bacon double cheeseburger - it was dry. The place felt depressing and empty.Staff were polite.Overall below average even for a fast food place

This Burger King is so run down, cannot recall ever going in one looking like this. Go to the toilet, watch out for the hole in the floor and take your own toilet paper. Food on the other hand, as you would expect, great tasting, enjoy but probably best to take out.

The place has seen better days. The restaurant is in a poor state of repair both inside and outside. Approaching the restaurant it actually looks like it is closed down and abandoned because the tinted windows makes it impossible to see if people are inside. If this restaurant is going to be kept open the owners really should spend some more on the place

Today I went there and order a Whopper Junior without Mayonnaise due to allergies but they didn't care I collected the order almost give the burger to my son surprise surprise full of mayonnaise. If trust the order probably now in A and E anyway they change it The place look old and abandoned. The only good thing the food of course.

Waited for over 30 minutes and then was given stone cold food. When I made a query I was told to take it or leave it......I left it and then had to wait for over 15 minutes for a refund. The shift manager wanted to pay me part cash and I rejected it as I paid by card and wasnt allowed to pay or use cash. Very disorganised. People shouldnt be forced to pay for cold food and on top of that wait beyond 30 minutes- to top it all off the shift manger was rude. Very disorganised team unfortunately taking good money for a below standard service.

I went through the drive in. It looked like I was the only customer they had on a Tuesday afternoon. It looked quite dead with no other cars. I looked through the window inside the restaurant to see how many people were inside. There was only one person inside who looked like a motorbike delivery rider. Anyway at the ordering window I was told no cash or no American Express was accepted. So I had to use another credit card. How disappointing. When you go to McDonalds you don't have that problem. I'm giving it 3 stars because I enjoyed my Bacon Double Cheese Burger.

Food and service is great but the place needs a proper renovation its really cold and seating an tables are for kids 80's era. The windows are also tinted so you cannot see if the restaurant is even open unless u attempt to open the door

I am being generous by giving it a one star. I went in to get one of the two veggie burgers and was told that one was cooked alongside the meat burgers and the other one was cooked in a separate area. I walked out! Avoid like the plaque if you are veggie or you want halal. It was dimly lit. Not welcoming at all.

I have to say. This place is in dire need of a make over.It’s so dark when you walk up to the store I didn’t think it was open.I was the only customer in the store. Toilets where out of service. Seats rippedBUT the store was clean and the staff had masks and gloves on. And very nice and polite.Please note they are ONLY taking card paymentsBut really this place is in real need of some corporate help. Burger King help those that help your bank balance ya gits.CheersDR

This branch looks like dirty & dead, sadly, I must say. The food was ok, but with the horrible look from the outside and inside, there is no chance to see it differently and rate this location better. The cashier was all over and said perhaps 10x times one moment please as she tried to serve plenty people at ones or she may just be busy with her self, as it wasn’t busy one drive and 2 customers inside. Close it or rip the place off and rebuild again, but
