Its ok, but slightly over priced for what you get. Burger chips and drink for nearly £18, just can’t justify the quality with the price. Basic fries 🍟 and a basic burger… meh 😑

I have never written a negative review but I really felt that I had to after visiting Siirgista Bros.We were the only customers in the restaurant, now I know why.Upon arrival, the waitress behind the till did not say anything, no greeting or explanation of the self service required at the restaurant. We were not given a menu or told that the menu was at the till.We were a family of 4 with two children, no kids menu was provided so when we ordered for our children we had no idea how expensive the chicken nugget meal was. Honestly extortionate for what it was. I think others have mentioned this. When placing our order the waitress continued to get phone calls, all of which she answered while trying to take our order. We were there watching her get frustrated at delivery driver calls and other customer calls, really unprofessional. At this point, surely the chef could take the calls while she takes our order? Baring in mind that we’re the only customers in the restaurant. The food was ready pretty quickly and was very average for the amount we paid… we only ended up ordering two adult meals and one kids meal with an extra juice and it was around £45. For what it is, honestly felt like we’d been robbed. And for all that money, again despite being the only people in the restaurant we had to collect our food from the till. We had to get back up for water / sauces and weren’t told that too was self service. Honestly every time we spoke to the waitress she seemed annoyed that we were disrupting her from browsing the internet on her phone. She clearly did not want to be there. When we left it seemed she was annoyed that our kids had dropped a few chips on the floor and that she might actually have to clean something up. We of course cleaned up after ourselves and emptied our trays into the bin.I will never ever return back to this restaurant, it’s the first time we’ve regretted eating a meal out. Honestly awful dining experience and overpriced for very average food.

Really awful food. Do not order. The burger was soaking in oil ( I ordered a vegan spinach burger). The food was cold and fried jalapeños had a suspicious white mold on it.

Great looking, tasty Nacho Burger at reasonable price, delicious fries. Overall I'm happy with service atmosphere and food quality.

This was my first here with kids. We were planning to go to 5 guys but decided to go here and we were all glad we did so.The place is nice and clean. Simple decoration but cool and trendy. There were family and also some young people which shows it is popular with both generations. Quality and taste was very good. Size portions was decent and on top it was not expensive. For sure I will go there again.

Came back to this place bacause I had such a positive experience here but when I came back today, the staff isn't as friendly as before and they gave me a chicken wrap with brown lettuce in it. When I went to show them, they insisted it was fresh but showed me yellowish/brownish leaves.RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!Original REVIEW (5 stars)Great place with awesome food! The regulars beef burger is simply amazing! Staff is super friendly as well prices are more than decent! I'd greatly recommend if you're in the area and feel like having a good burger!

What I loved:- The milkshake was hands down my favourite thing about Burgista Bros. I ordered the cookie flavour and it was everything a milkshake should be; thick, creamy and sweetWhat I liked:- Vegetarian starter and burger options (sweet potato starter, halloumi burger)- The chips were nicely seasoned and perfectly crisp on the outside and fluffy inside without being too oily- The food was very filling- They offer both student discounts and discounts for people who work in EalingWhat was okay:- I was a bit underwhelmed by my burger, it wasn't as tasty as I was expecting and could have had better flavour combinationsWhat I didn't like:- There were no sauce bottlesOverall: I would return, if only for the delicious milkshakes.

Great burgers - the sweet potato fries were delicious. Service was good - food didn’t take too long - nice restaurant. Usually get it bunless with a double patty. The chicken wings are good too.

Food:Was excited to check this place out but was disappointed. The food was mediocre in taste and the fact that there are better and cheaper burger joints nearby (tinsel town, flaming cow) adds to the disappointment.Customer Service:Nothing special. Would always be nice to be much more welcoming.Decor:Has a nice rustic look. Nothing to make it stand out. Feels more like a cafe.Atmosphere:Would be unfair to comment. Went for lunch time on a weekend. Was nice, quiet and empty.Other:***one thing that really disappointed me was that they had no sauce bottles!!! Further more we had to ask to which we were given sauce sachets!! This is pretty poor given the way this restaurant looks from the outside. Perhaps they will change this soon but honestly you cannot have a burger restaurant and not have sauce bottles available inside!

Close to Ealing Broadway station lovely place to sit down for a delicious burger. Decor and great music made for a nice vibe and the presentation of food was 😍Chips were divine! only negative was you had to collect your order once ready, I guess as the place is still new it needs time to establish itself so hopefully this will change soon!
