Chiquito - Park Royal in Ealing

I've never given a bad review till now. I would not waste any money in this restaurant. Avoid disappointment and eat else where.1. Long wait to be seated2. Alcohol Cocktails were mainly ice and juice (worst long island iced tea ever)3. Longer wait for food order to be taken and the staff can't really tell you what the food is like.4. Order was wrong and when the correct one arrived it was cold but the staff do not stick around to for you to tell them.5. Chicken was dry and over cooked.I complained when a staff member eventually asked how it was and I was told I should have said something earlier (when no one was around).6. Beef Rib is the most expensive item and not worth it.

Our local one in beddington is no more as we loved the food , it was decided to visit the park royal branch as we was meeting friends locally . The food was not as I remembered it, the tex mex option is now named under the grill, the choices of drinks there was minimal, lots more choices under the old menu.The service was slow considering hardly anyone was in the restaurant which was surprising for a saturday night.It's a shame as chiquitos was a buzzing place to be seen in.

Long waiting time for a food. Finally we got it cold. Enchilada and burrito was full of rice and it was hard to find a meet. Staff was busy but it was just not enough of them. 100% management fault. Won’t be back here. Sad but I don’t leave low scored review often.

Excellent attentive staff but the food lacked love and was dry. I had a chicken burrito but it was rasteless and dry. Fries and sweet potato fries were ok. The highlight was the holloumi bites. The place was empty and the restaurant is done out nicely. Would only go again because it was next to the bowling alley.

We waited forever. Nothing fancy. Full rack of ribs was ok, but the service was -1 out of 10

The service was 🤷🏽‍♂️. Could be better. Took a long time before we could actually eat our meals as we had to keep asking when is the food coming. No dips/sauces with the main meals which was a bit dry and again we had to ask for dips... Portions are small to be honest. Also over priced for what you are getting & they had the cheek to add service charge. We asked them to remove that straight away...😏🤦🏾‍♂️

This branch should be shut down or put under new management. The service was absolutely appalling, on arrival we were seated and moved around the restaurant as they tried to clear a table near the front to sit us at. The waiters and waitresses themselves are not at fault here, simply the management. We ordered a so called “Mexican Mess” which was nothing short of whipped cream in a tortilla that thy tried charge £5.99 for. The manager has no sense of customer service or how to take on constructive criticisms, the food was substandard DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT!

Probably the worst ever Chiquito or even restaurant visited. Non existent customer service, poor quality food and they were only about a third full in terms of customers. Long wait more than 45mins for food which when it arrived was so bad it was pathetic. Avoid at all costs - you have been warned.!

Badly managed restaurant. We waited to be seated, waited for the order to be taken, waited to get drinks, waited for our food, the order was slightly wrong. Overall it was just really frustrating as there really weren’t many customers there at the time. Didn’t feel welcome nor looked after at all. Can’t really blame the staff because everything just seemed unorganised and not put together. Food was ok but nothing I’d want to have again.Do not recommend, would not go again.
