Creams in Ealing

No clear direction on arrival, not organised properly, waited for 40 mins the food, got home to find that none of the 4 waffles were cooked properly and we didnt get any of our gelato absolutely annoyed

We visited Creams.Ealing with the whole family at 10pm. What a fabulous place .. full of people.of all ages. And wonderful desserts .. we had Waffle with Ice cream and Volcano hot/cold dessert. And smoothies and coffee ! The staff are really friendly too. We will be back !

If I could rate this restaurant will be -10! Horrible service! Is this a joke? Paying £11.20 for empty Nachos, plus the order at the first place was missing that item. Waited over 20 min … seriously your restaurant has a lack of costumer service and don’t place any orders if you can handle ! At least Deliveroo agents helped me.

My favourite dessert spot in Ealing! They have the best Milk Chocolate Cookie Dough and wide variety of waffles to choose from. The staff are very friendly and always provide me with 10/10 service

We went here after a few hours of shopping in ealing. We have been here few times. Just wanted to catch up with friends. We ordered crepes with fruits and ice cream. Desserts are yummy. Prices are also reasonable. Their is a wide choice of dessert menu to order from. They also added few savoury dishes if you like a quick bite. Unfortunately in one of the dessert a small hair was found. The server was very apologetic and offered another dessert to take away or our money back. We opted for money back on one of the dessert. One isolated incident like that won’t stop me from going back. Staff were very helpful. Definitely recommend anyone to visit this place.

A great chain here in Ealing - the staff are always quick and helpful. The guy working there gave really big portions for a 2 scoop ice cream, and it tasted great! The seating is also comfy, but the vibe and ambiance isn’t always great here. Otherwise, great experience!

Lovely place much better than any other Creams in London or outside of London. Takeaway is the best here, definitely would recommend it.

OMG I have not had a good Cream for a long time this Creams is better then Hounslow by far the ice cream is is amazing and outstanding as you can see in the pictures it was full of flavours and the Waffle omg it was to die for mmmm please people come and get your desserts from her its like having Christmas it's like wow if you go and eat anywhere that's fine but just come here for your dessert 🍨 it's by the far best in town

They now do vegan option so you can have a vegan crêpe, waffle, cookie dough and etc.I went for the vegan chocolate waffle but to be very honest, it tasted very bad. The chocolate sauce was bland and boring. What I should've done is asked them to make the vegan waffle but have the same topping that they do for the normal waffle. I don't consume egg but I do have milk. So I should've had the normal chocolate sauce, normal ice cream and etc.Ambiance very gloomy and dark. Not much of a vibe or good atmosphere.Hygiene standards 1/10. My brother had hair in his waffle. Though they are quick in acknowledging, the fact that there was hair in the waffle doesn't really add up.Would I come back? Maybe not to this creams.
