Dixie Chicken in Ealing

Been coming here on and off.One of the gold chain donny cook comes back from break food and cig walks right in while I watch him and starts touching shizz left right. Granted after a few minutes he washes his hands to eat his own food again. But chips equipment and a few others touched up with his boogey man hands. Don't mess with my food like that it's not India. I told the staff at front they seemed at bit confused never had an issue with the girls.

I'm not sure what happened to this place. This used to be my go to when I was in town a few years back I dropped by last week and the food was tiny compared with how I remember. Sad times as their fillet burger still tastes nice just portions aren't what they are used to. Judging by the reviews I think they've changed hands. I hope this place picks back up because the menu is semi decent for the area.. Shame. I will give them one more chance before I find a new spot.

Customer service depends on nationality... all aside, food was poor. Chicken slightly under done, Lamb Kebab a soggy mess. Chips were OK. Save your money for the real deal KFC.

Staff was excellent didn’t have any issues with customer service especially with the manager. One of the best fillet burgers I’ve ever tasted. Best chicken place in the area:)

The food was of very poor quality, the naan bread was scorched the chicken tikka pieces were burnt. When I called to complain the male member of staff was rude and did want listen.The staff have zero manners, they lack customer service skills. I would only recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Really great quality food and even better customer service. The kids absolutely love the wings and fillet burgers definitely becoming a regular customer !

Dixie, Double the price, for half the food. You guys have become thieving crooks recently. Ordered spicy fillet burgers. Got the smallest stale bun and a tiny fillet. Show some respect to the community you serve please.

Lovely food good value for money! Meals deals are really cheap give it a try you won't be disappointed!! Great friendly customer service.

Service by staff very good food was good quantity clean but no sauces or flavour valve for money need to look at to increase flavour would visit again if they keep as is in southall

The worst chicken shop I have been to, threw the wings away as it looked like it was coming back to life again. Looks clean from outside but very bad food. Do not recommend!!
