Domino's Pizza in Ealing

A huge thanks to the lady I spoke to today! I called at least 4 times as I couldn’t figure out how to get the best deal for my sons birthday party. She was super patient and talked me through everything and made sure all of our delicious great value pizzas were delivered on time! Thank you again!

Ordered a few times from branch. Least they never seemed to take a bite out of my pizza like the Chiswick branch. Staff were helpful even though I accidentally didn’t use the deal they gave something.Pizza always hot, fresh and tasty. Well made and staff professional.

It’s Pizza, expensive but always delivered hot and fairly quickly too

Ordered a dominos double decadence pizza and thats how it came, all the cheese was outside the pizza pouring out rather then being inside the pizza

Ordered a cheeseburger pizza yesterday. It came without the burger sauce and regular crust instead of the thin crust as ordered. Not happy with it at all, it was my post show cheat meal after a bodybuilding competition so it should have been perfect.

I order from here regularly, so much so I have come to recognise the delivery drivers and even made a friend of one! Looooove their pizza. Always arrives fresh and hot. So many tasty combinations but Texas BBQ is my family’s favourite. Love the offers they always have too, very handy when you order quite a lot as I do. Sometimes things have been missing from the order but they are always happy to send another driver straight back out with said item(s) so that its not a long wait. Overall very happy with their service.

Very rude experience with manager "Lis", as she refused to compensate for a burned pizza by giving credit, or sending out a driver to collect, instead insisting I leave and physically bring the pizza back for them to inspect the quality - which should have been done beforehand. We've been buying from this branch for around 10 years and have never experienced issues with previous managers and they have always been friendly and compensated for whatever the mistake was. "Lis" is giving the branch a bad name. Will not be coming back unless the manager is changed.

Don't expect much if they promise. One of the large Dips was missing from the order and after promising the delivery of the missing dip in next 10 minutes they have failed miserably. Management is absolutely useless in logging anything to the system. Avoid if possible or enjoy dry pizza
