Yummy food, reasonable prices and great service. Highly recommend

·

Honest review Great typical British Chinese spot only reason it gets a 3 stars is because for the price of all the dishes I'll rather go to four season in soho and have an authentic Chinese din din

·

Alright food, the prices aren't too bad. Staff are nice. Quick, good portion size.

Not great Chinese food, but the worse service as for asking to include cutlery and or chopsticks….I’ve asked for cutlery and or chopsticks for 10 orders within 2 weeks, and I only received it once. Only if they were customer forward, they would have had my business for the rest of my stay for another 2 weeks…oh well….Tian Fu in Shepard’s Bush is WAYY BETTER and they are not cheap with cutlery even if you don’t ask! 🤷🏻‍♂️

Rubbish Food. Rubbish Service. I stood there 25 minutes for a takeaway. They seemed to have forgotten to start cooking my dishes. The dim sum was burned or over microwaved. The Singapore rice noodles were tasteless and soggy like overcooked. Really poor quality place.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. Hygiene rating says it all which is also on par with the terrible customer service and poor quality food. I received a chicken dish which was clearly undercooked and raw (I have a food hygiene certificate so I know the difference) When raising my concerns I was told that a replacement would be sent, and the said raw chicken would be inspected. After an hours wait ealing express were rung again, at which point we were only to be told that they have decided not to send a replacement order as they believe the chicken was not undercooked, and that our business was no longer welcome. Highly irregular for a business to operate this way. Why this attitude and why not do your due diligence and take the chicken back to inspect? They advertise CASH ONLY payments so all in all a number of red flags. Shame, as previous owners were a lot better

I really like the food from this place. I wanted to leave this review to say the young lad with curly hair taking orders is very courteous and gives a really good service. I decided to take the initiative this time to praise a person whose served me as I rarely do. Keep up the good work man!

·

Extremely rude. Sent wrong order which is fine but when we called to inform them they charged us extra for delivery of the correct order and then demanded quite aggressively for the original wrong dish back. We gladly gave them the dish back but it was very unpleasant experience and very spiteful. I wouldn't recommend using this takeaway.

Definatly worth ignoring all these fools that left selfish reviews. I would recommend ignoring them. This place is probably one of the best places for Asian food. The service was so good. The waiting time was close to nothingTheir sweet and sour chicken is heaven.Food portions were beyond generousKeep up the great work guys. Will defiantly recommend this place and certainly be back

This was my first time ordering with Ealing Express.I called at 11.15pm and they closed at 11.30.The owner Jimi/timi , took my order for large portion of vegetarian noodles, spicy with egg free noodles. My order was well under the regular quota for free delivery, but I explained that I lived close by and that I was studying through the night and starving and craving noodles. He said that , he would be closing soon and for a small surcharge he agreed to deliver to my home upon closing. He told me to wait for 20 minutes.15 minutes later he was at my door with my hot noodles. I was grateful for the food and he was grateful for the business , it was a good experience for me .The food itself came packed in a large reusable tub.It was piping hot and, full of veggies and well seasoned and very tasty . The large portion was LARGE and good value for money. They do good food and the service was impressive. Thanks Jimi/Timi.
