Eram Shishlik in Ealing

Delicious Persian food, large portions reasonably priced.I had the koobida and ghorma sabis. The rice was a little cold on arrival, the salad looked a little sad. The kebab is not as fatty as other restaurants which is why I enjoyed it!The staff are friendly and polite.We sat outside, there are a few seats, they also had shisha if u are sitting outside.

Absolutely appalling service. We were the only customers there and we felt invisible. No smile and no friendliness from any staff. The owner didn’t even notice we left. Portion size is huge though. But still, never going there again!

The owner/manager will not carry a notepad to take your order. Then when bringing the wrong food out will blame you, that you didn't get the name of the meal right, although you know what you specifically asked for!! Non attentive service from other waiters, just leaving our starter plates on the table so we ended up having to move them. Chasing them for the bill! We will never return here again.

Good food. Service. Selection. Portion. Shisha. Just everything is perfect. Their seats outside are wonderful to sit by and rest with delicious food. Would strongly recommend. I've been there a couple times and will be our date spot going forward. The true hospitability and warm of this restaurant coupled with the patience and love of the chef when he cooks is a rare gem

We were looked after so well (all 30 of us) - from the owner to the restaurant staff (especially Sally khanoom) went above and beyond to give us a great experience. Thank you and we look forward to coming again!

The service is excellent and the girl was extremely welcoming but the food can be improve. We ordered the 2 people menu with all the options and one of the lamb kofta wasn’t really tasting and I’d say meat tasted “old”.The other ones were great specially the chicken which was full of flavour. The restaurant was a bit cold as they leave the door open to invite people in. The salad was also low-average. The rice and the chicken saved the night but I really doubt I’ll be back.Price isn’t cheap either.

Lovely staff and great food. You can enjoy a quiet place with good music. Not very crowded. Food was delicious and bread quite unique. The portions are big and great prices. Great food and friendly service with great prices, a must to try if you're in the area. The olives to start with a crushed walnut and cranberry mix is insanely good. The rice is great, the meat is indulgent.

This isn't your average Persian.We sat here with only two tables full whilst the Persian Molana across the road was heaving with almost a queue outside. This definitely is not a reflection on the food or the service your get here at Eram.Eram is in a class of its own, above the Persian palaces and the like, where you can try things like Neck of Lamb; and I can tell you that the quality of the food here is genuinely amazing, with matching prices to reflect.The intended customer demographic here is for the upper 'class' willing to be served better quality Persian dishes in a better quality environment with a luxury feel to it. Don't expect Persian decor or a Persian feel to the atmosphere, but expect good quality food and service.Great place for special occasions.
