Kathmandu Nepalese Cuisine in Ealing

Update: NO consistency in their dishes. On 23rd march, I got a chicken chat which was very different from normal dish. Today (30th march), chicken chat was back to normal. However,the egg fried rice was plain rice mixed with badly scrambled egg (pic enclosed). Had to throw it away.Earlier review:Decent place. Probably the closest to Indian food in Northfields. Staff is very friendly. Momos was great. Really liked the chicken chat too (was very spicy). Tried the chilly chicken and it felt different from what I have had in India. Fried rice was good too.

The most delicious food!! Went with a group of people from work as our first trip out post-covid, and it was a great choice. Really lovely staff who were so accommodating and clearly had a passion for their food. Thank you!!

Really neat, beautifully designed restaurant. Food was amazing and brilliant customer service. Really enjoyed the overall experience of trying Nepalese food for the first time.

Authentic Nepalese cuisine. Had the chicken Choila and Kwati lamb (authentic nepalese dishes). Both dishes were full of flavour. Great service from the owner and staff. Have recommended it to my friends.

We were a walk-in. Service was very friendly and attentive but not overly so, just perfect. The food was delicious. There was a good choice of dishes and advice on dishes was freely given.All in all, a delightful experience and one that we’ll be happy to repeat again soon.

Ordered through Deliveroo and I have to say it was absolutely delicious! Taste was wonderful and everything cooked very nicely. Highly recommended! Please continue to cook like this 🙏

Eat here a lot. First time using Uber Eats, 40 min order took 90 mins. No way of chasing uber and restaurant said they did not have time to discuss it. A regular customer now lost.

Fantastic local Nepalese restaurant! The Kwati Lamb was incredible and we were told it’s the only place to sell this curry in London. In Nepal they have a celebration day to eat this dish. Would thoroughly recommend. Amazing service and delicious food!

Food was delicious, I got a salmon curry and the sauce was really fragrant and delicate to match a salmon dish....probably one of the best fish curries I have ever had. On the downside the service was very slow. It was packed on a Saturday night, with only about 2 waiters. Perhaps they were unusually short staffed or maybe they need to hire more. The food was not over priced, good atmosphere and friendly staff. Would definitely recommend but only if you are not in a hurry!
