Possibly the rudest staff I have ever encountered. I asked for a table for two and was told they were fully booked, then another couple who also hadn’t booked came in straight after and they gave them a table for two no problem. No apology or explanation. I have been going there over 20 years with my family. So very frustrating as the food is great. Shame about the people.

I have been going to this restaurant with my family for 20 years. I just ordered a rice and was stocked to get over cooked mushy rice which is really not nice to eat. I was used to a high standard from them which is why I order over my local one. They offer to send a free one if I sent another order over £25. Don't think I'll be ordering from them again.

One of the best Chinese restaurants I’ve eaten ,but food rate falls as bit pricey menu , pork ribs were the best , staffs were bit inattentive!!

Food is okay but holy cow! The service is really bad. I ordered starters and main course. The owner tried to bring it all at the same time, when I told that i'd like starter to come out first. He got super snippy and bought 1 starter and 1 main first and the other main course after ages, leaving the other party waiting. Meanwhile, the waiters were rushing to clear the table before the food was finished.I thought that this was the basics. For around £50/head. I expected a little more then takeaway standard service.

First time coming here and wasn't impressed at all. The whole meal was undercooked...the first bite of chicken was 2/3 raw. The waiters kept on hovering around and making us feel uncomfortable. Constantly asking if we had finished, like they wanted us to leave quick...

Great food. Pricey but worth it. Quick service and nice ambiance.

Genuinely the worst takeaway I've ever had.1 - crispy shredded beef turned out to be wet soggy cold beef2 - duck pancakes, the duck was dried out and hard, other than the fatty parts that had retained some of the moisture. Overall average, not terrible.3 - egg FRIED rice. This is the deal breaker, how a Chinese restaurant can produce such a pathetic dish is beyond me. It was wet mushy white rice with large chunks of chopped up omlette mixed in. No wok smell, nothing was fried, no seasoning.

I found this restaurant very good. I think it is one or the best in this area. The service is old school. Proper and good lining on the table. Food is in smaller portion and still tasty. The location is good and in walking distance to Northfield station. The restaurant is very huge. The decor is nice and the bathrooms are clean.Food wise this is one of the best Chinese restaurant in west London suburbs. Some people have negative reviews which I don't understand. But have been to quite a few restaurants locally I think this is a restaurant for people looking for fine dining, not casual ones. I am glad I found this restaurant.

The restaurant gives a positive appeal from the outside but the interior is even better. The space is well used and uncrowded and there is considerable depth to the premises which are intelligently designed. I had the particular benefit of visiting during the Christmas period and appreciated the quality and attention to detail of the beautiful festive decor. I enjoyed the meal which, being the most important thing, was a pleasant experience and the atmosphere was pleasant. All in all a positive experience. I will most likely return again.
