McDonald's - Alperton in Ealing

Shocking service.Slow is an understatement... there's plenty of staff but they were all stood around shouting and laughing and getting nothing done. Also realised after I left that I was missing the bottom bun from my burger as well. I don't expect much from McDonald's, but this place is a joke.Manager wasn't even able to print a copy of my receipt.Would suggest others avoid!!

Drive through experience: always get the orders wrong. luke warm food/chips and veggie burgers not even made properly. Today did not even get full order , 2nd apple pie was missing also and food cold incl fries!Called Manager and Manager Mohammed was also useless and not helpful.Avoid at all costs. They do not represent the brand McDonalds well, customer service is poor.

Really busy considering it was lunchtime however, the order was served quickly and correctly. I've not had any issues from this branch of McDonald's. Excellent service

The slowest McDonald's ever!!!I expected better customer service.Visited 4 times in 2 days. I can simply say- the service is horrific! Waiting forever for a Mac menue.

I am always disappointed with this restaurantI really don’t know why they make people wait 1 hour always for 2 burgers and 1 coke. Literally. I don’t know what’s wrong in here. But it’s literally a joke. I think they don’t have enough stuff or it is like a training restaurant for people in the entire country to learn how to make food.Always Uber drivers have to wait around 30 to 40 minutes or even longer to collect a super simple order and I feel really sorry for them. They don’t even get paid enough to wait that long just because this restaurant don’t know how to work.

My daughter needed to use the restroo and when they saw that the happy meal had a toy from the movie Sing2 they wanted to have something to eat. So after the restroom we ordered with rhe machine and paid for our meal and added a table service option. The childrens tablets are now fully functional again and the table was lovely and clean where they are placed. Our order came with everything we were expecting. Plenty of napkins and the correct amount of straws for the drinks. Our of the 16 tables I could see, 8 we occupied. Everyone eating and happy to be here. The toilets were clean and stocked with toilet paper. The disabled toilets were locked so get the key from the staff before going in there. None of the customers were wearing facemasks however the staff were wearing face coverings. Thank you for a good experience.

Ample parking, clean inside, good food choices for vegans, easy to order, fast service, happy customer. Only thing that stopped 5 star was the happy meal book was out of stock.

Really bad customer service in this place! I like to pay cash and usually wait an average of 5 minutes to be served even though the staff see you waiting at the till... they are way too busy talking to each other!Staff don't even give you eye contact when they hand over the food. You're better of driving to another branch or rival down the road

This is the 2nd order I have placed with Mcdonalds in Alperton and I am livid.I have an allergy to dairy, I have ordered my meal without cheese. (Big Mac)Yet there's cheese in the burger. Also asked for sweet n sour as the sour cream contains dairy. Again, received the sour cream. This is not acceptable!! I don't mind delays or forgetting a straw but with special notes it's a must they have to be followed.I will not oder from this location again. READ THE NOTES IN THE FUTURE!!!!!

Reality check ..maybe little bit of passion and .. whole bekon ...food should look appetising. Coffee is like you have flushed machine after making coffee..hash browns soaked in oil ..
