Mcdonald's Restaurant in Ealing

I was with a partner at this restaurant 17th February 2022. It was open until midnight. At 9 p.m. there is nowhere to sit, because all the tables at the top are taken, and the whole lower room is closed - you cannot sit down. A few people sat down there, because there was nowhere you told them to go out, you couldn't even use the toilet. After the people at the top had finished eating and left the tables were dirty all the time. Despite the attention of the gentleman at the cash register, who asked you to go there to clean it, it ended with the fact that you only took a garbage bag. A homeless man was lying on one of the couches shouting to the other very drunk man. They were very loud for over half an hour and none of the staff responded. The food is terrible! Warm Coca-Cola, sandwiches very dry, a roll not grilled, but "raw", I had to wrap one sandwich to go because I got it almost fully unrolled on the tray, the printer with receipts at the kiosk does not work - you do not know what number you have, and the fries are cold and black! I do not recommend it to anyone, I hope that the manager will read my opinion and take consequences from it. To sum up it stinks of homeless people, food cold and old, dirty and the worst service!

Visited in evening around 6pm, very busy. Food was served after 10mins. The machine didn't print my ticket bit eventually found a memo error of staff to reprint it. Lots of people hanging around waiting for their orders. Staff worked hard.

Orders always take ages to be made even when it’s quiet. Always forget extras and dips and sign outside says 24hours but they close at 11. People working there look miserable and look as if they don’t even want to be there. Manager looks like she has no clue what’s going on and couldn’t organise a kids party I’m afraid. Absolutely shocking, easily one of the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to.

This is the last time I'm going to order anything online from this McDonald's. They forget always something, one day is a straw, another sauces, another the chips. But they reached the bottom on mu last online order, they were 1 hour late on my order and then day cancel it. So I waited lots of time for nothing. I understand that the employees are busy I get it and I know that it isn't their fault. It is management fault that don't know how to organise theirself. Worst McDonald's in London.

It's a shame you cannot give places a 0 review on Google. I have visited this store quite a few times since moving in 14 months ago, around 10-15 times and I have NEVER had a positive experience. Nearly every time ordering fries you get half the red cardboard carton of cold, soggy and undercooked fries. I was once told after waiting 15 minutes for my order, (with about 8 in front of that) that it was "coming" and I should be a bit more "patient".In the last 3 months I've visited 2/3 times because I cannot bare the attending the dirty restaurant. Since then, this restaurant and this one only has stopped taking AMEX, and won't explain why.Tonight, not for the first time visiting at after googling the stores open times. I find myself standing outside the shop for it to be closed (23:24 - 16/12/21) Pictures attached. The opening hours clearly state till 12am midnight on a Thursday.So, so, so poor.

Disgusting animals working in this place, whatever they are in that disgusting place , never ever in my life happend something like this... I don't cook usualy so every 2 days i buy takeaways, and living next to mec happens that i get food there every 2 3 times a week and never happened but many times objects missing from my order i ask them back they are very rude to you and now this a freaking bite to my sandwich... wow please do something they ruining the name of McDonald's, is shameful to see something, imagine reaching home afther work with your food and find out they half eat it at the take away , now i can't even fi ish it .... and im starving , thank you Macdonald Ealing and your disgustin employees...

the service was terrible they had cusotmers orders standing at the screens getting cold and a customer has to go up to ask if that was their food and seperatly remind them that their was drinks with their order. the manager didnt even apologise to the man. i had to wait 15minutes for my order once i received my order they had givven me two cheeseburgers instead of hamburgers. i chose the toty option instead of the book for my happymeal and they gave me a colouring paper not a toy or even a book.

The order was ruined.3 Instead of a nuggets menu and a cheeseburger menu, 4 nuggets menu sent. No straws were sent and everything was thrown in the paper bags..... 0B9B9

I order from this McDonald’s fairly often (because I’m lazy) but they have literally never gotten the order right. About 40% of the time part of the meal isn’t sent. One time I ordered chicken selects and received a chicken selects box filled with mozzarella dippers. The drinks are packaged so they spill in transit every single time, today about half the drink didn’t make it to my house. They also have about a 50% success rate on delivering straws, and I can count on one hand the number of times they’ve sent sauces.

Poor thrown together meal! Partners burger had cheese on even though I asked for plain due to allergy, not even half a portion of chips. Awful
